Highly recommend this car service. The driver, Toufik, checked the arrival time and was punctual an hour early at the airport. We had a toddler and having the child seat ready helped enormously. We decided to use a car service for our Disney & Universal comings and goings because they provide car seats. Toufik had the car seats pre-installed before picking us up each time. He arrived early to assist with luggage. Water and multiple flavors of gum were provided as an amenity. After our initial booking it was extremely easy to text for our next booking. I always like to have options when it comes to finding a car service while visiting L.A., and especially when I'm on a budget. For reliability, comfort, safety, and affordability, it's usually better to hire a smaller, private car company, and On Demand Services proved to be one of the best! They don't have as many reviews as some of the bigger companies, but they really are very comparable in terms of meeting the customer's expectations. The driver texted me upon his arrival, and he was early which I appreciated. I didn't need anything fancy so the towncar was fine because what mattered to me was that it was clean and it got me where I needed to go within my timeframe. I managed to stop by a Thai restaurant in Hollywood and then a Vietnamese shop in Alhambra despite the busy freeway traffic before finally reaching Burbank airport with 5 minutes to spare! Depending on your destination, their rates can be better than a taxi or the other competitors, so I'm definitely keeping them on my contact list for future southern California visits! read more
