Kohls credit card can't help because the charge still says pending and could for several more days. I have spoke to reps on the phone and even went to the store. The store rep was snippy about it (I was not). Never once through the 5 people I spoke to did anyone offer to re-place the order or offer me anything for my trouble. Just told me that I need to have the charge disputed from an order placed on their website. I really needed these items for a gift so now I have to go somewhere else and shop in a hurry.
