Very good prices in a neat and clean shop. It seems to be operated by volunteers who are very nice and friendly (except for one older shooter lady...always one!) Most employees are older and are so kind and helpful, they really keep the place clean and organized. I can not find any website for the store but it's there and it's a great little shop. They also have two bins out front of free clothing and a rack usually with free books and videos.

As I said before, it's a small shop and a precarious layout but it's worth the maneuvering to visit and see what's on the shelves. The employees have always been friendly when I've visited. Bryant's is an expansive 3-story antique mall spanning over 20,000 square feet. There are 55 individual vendors here, so I recommend looking around at every exhibit first before making your decision to buy, because you might find related items in other vendor exhibits. Items that sparked my interest were the variety of carpenter tools, axes, extended drill bits, table mount meat grinders, and bowie knives available. They have some really nice furniture, and wooden Indian sculptures here; old-time scales, a ton of street signs and other signage, toys, vintage lamps, animal skins, taxidermy, and so much more. Out of all the shopping we had time for while in Franklin, we spent most of our time here. We were in a bit of a rush because we were on a schedule to visit Cherokee NC then Gatlinburg TN in the same day. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They have restrooms available but for some reason they were closed to the public the day we were there, so we had to backtrack to find a restroom elsewhere. All-in-all, I recommend stopping in if you are in the area. There is a lot to see here and will keep you occupied for a while.

My friends and I stayed for quite a while. They were offering a 20% discount on your entire purchase during your birthday month. I was excited about that as my birthday is in November and spent nearly $400, which I wouldn't have done if not for the discount. I checked out, discussed the 20% off with the sales associate and was even required to show my ID as proof. I checked my receipt the next morning and realized the discount was not applied. This was Sunday and the shop didn't open until noon. We had to leave that morning to go back home out of state. I called when they opened, explained the error and was told there was nothing that could be done except give me a discount for the next time I shopped there. I don't live anywhere near Clayton. I find it hard to believe there's not a way to credit my card back the discount amount. It's a nice shop but I won't be returning with that kind of customer service.

I spotted Lily Pulitzer, Talbots, Chicos, and Johnny Was among others. I found a Talbots jacket I have regretted not purchasing ever since it sold out and a pair of Oncept sneakers in the perfect shade of pink and that was just the beginning. The staff are welcoming and helped me find a few pieces in my size I might have missed. Also fun: certain tag colors are 25 or 50% off I'll be back to shop any time I am near Waynesville!
