I could see everything available at once without a lot of navigating. I love this feature because you can do it whenever without waiting for someone to fumble with an appointment book or program. It was a little hard to find the location. It's tucked in a small strip mall type place. It was easy to find parking! I was glad, because I was late due to not being able to find it. Not a problem- Deborah welcomed me and was really nice throughout the massage. I talked to her some, but she didn't push me to talk. I prefer to talk, so it doesn't bother me. The massage room was very nice. I've had massages in 4 states at different places, and she had a feature that I've never seen before: a boob support. Yes, I said boob! It's a pillow to put under your girls to make it more comfy to lay down without them being squished. It was very comfy and I was impressed! The massage while I was getting it was AMAZING. One of, if not the best, that I've ever had. I was in heaven!! The negative - I was pretty sore for the next couple days. Was it worth it? Yes! The only reason I haven't gone back is that it's far away. She required payment BEFORE services, hmmm, but ok. The woman who greeted me at the door was my masseuse, she said she would do the first half of my massage. It was quite chilly in the room, the table was cold, and I was provided a thin flat twin sheet to cover up with. Again, this wasn't a problem, more uncomfortable than anything. The massage I was given felt more like rubbing sunscreen on my back. She RUBBED the middle of my back with NO pressure as she sat on the side of the table I was lying on for 85% of my time. She moved swiftly through the various parts of my body, with no focus. Although, I specifically listed my lower back as an area of concentration. I didn't say anything thinking she was still filling in for whomever was to take her place. Also, she walked out of the room 3 times to speak with others in hallway - I didn't appreciate that, b/c she didn't inform or ask me if that was ok. Before I knew it, she started "slapping" on my legs - like the nail salon after a pedicure and said "all done". I'm quite sure I didn't get 60 mins (to include 5 to undress & 5 get dressed). Felt more like a 30-40 mins process, but I didn't look at my start time. Shame on me! As I was leaving, she beckoned for me to come to the desk and she pointed at the receipt for her TIP!
