After Google search, I deduced that the ink absorber needed to be replaced. Fort Wayne Printer, Copier & Fax was the only place I could find to order this part on-line. I called the company and asked if they were still able to get this part as it was an older machine. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Kevin called me back within a few hours. He took the time to talk with me and said, although the absorber was available, the flush tank would not be and that part would likely go out, too. He also explained that disassembly and assembly of the machine would not be easy. He did offer to copy the instructions should I decide to replace the part. Kevin gave me his honest opinion on a simpler fix that would get a few more copies from the machine (just so I could use up my newly purchased ink). After 20 years, it is probably better just to replace the machine. I believe I'll use up the ink I have and look for sales. Thank you Kevin!

Each time I showed up early the attendant got me started without waiting. The attendant was as friendly as a technician type person could be. During my first time...the attendant sized up my Xbox problem and gave me wise advice. I decided not to have them fix the issue as it wasn't worth the cost. On this occasion...my problem was easy. I needed a battery changed on my iPhone. When I got there they didn't have a battery to replace it with. This despite knowing three days in advance that they needed one for this model. Then I hit a text an hour before my appointment reminding me to come in...to replace the battery I need that they didn't have. So..they wanted my time. Though they offered to order the battery and fix the phone in four additional days. The good news is they gave my a referral to store they solved my problem the same day.

Usually the gentleman that owns the place is there to take my request. We should be on a first name basis by now but he always remembers my face (to him, I'm the Lady from VA) when though I only come 1~2 times a year. This works for me. He is always very nice and he always promises to have my items done on time. I have yet to be disappointed with delivery. The Seemstress always does great work. She has taken my measurements once or twice and is usually a woman of few words. I give them a 4 because in general I'm a happy customer: the customers service is about a 3 and the quality and timeliness of the work is a 5.
