I was worried the chemicals would affect the animals, but after some research, I found that the products they use are pet- and environmentally friendly and use less water. They can remove stains from carpets that I never knew could be removed. However, the team is very realistic and honest. They'll let us know if they believe a cleaning job is very difficult to do.
