I've been going here for several years but no more! My van had a problem with the VSA light coming…read moreon causing the van to run sluggish. I made an appointment, took the van in and explained that I read an online article stating that in most instances an oil change will solve the problem. I asked for an oil change to see if the article proved correct. I did not ask for a computer diagnostic scan. However, they did one anyway and charged me $60. When I called, they were unwilling to make any adjustment in the charge. They've had my business for several years and I've referred others to them. One would think a business would want to keep a customer and have the customer continue referrals. Seems like very poor business sense to me to not desire to satisfy the customer. Instead of a happy returning customer referring others they now have a person writing a nasty review and telling friends to stay away from this place.

I found Hoover the Mover when another large moving company cancelled on my parents less than 24…read morehours in advance, leaving them in the lurch, even being aware the move was due to medical reason and Had to get done. I called Hoover and spoke with Darlene - who is Amazing I might add. She not only made our move happen but also got us an earlier time slot than we had with the other company. Reno and Isaiah F showed up to move my parents and were absolutely Fantastic. Quick, efficient and not one thing was knocked or damaged. Even if a stressful situation is what brought me to Hoover the Mover I'm thankful it did as it forced me to try a new mover and the experience was hands down the best I've had to date - and I move A Lot. I'm So thankful for the team I worked with and for finding an amazing, professional company that I look forward to working with in the future. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I am very unhappy with the service I received!!! My mower finally came home…read more after 15 days and it is missing screws and nuts. They said the problem was water in the fuel line but...the reason I called them was the mower would not do anything when engaging the key nothing, now I might be an older woman but... I do KNOW that even without getting gas it would still turn over. I had just bought the mower off market place and it was almost out of gas So I took my new gas can that I use for my push mower and filled it up and it ran fine cut the entire yard then when trying to restart it would do nothing. The man that returned the mower said at one point after the mower was on the trailer to return to me that it would not start would not even turn over so he had to call the shop or someone and from there the story is very vague, not even sure he finished it I can remember he said it had plastic gas tank ..not sure what that has to do with anything. Now I have to hold back on the lever that lowers the deck to make sure starts. Geez I want all my parts returned and put back on the mower and this situation corrected. If you read the other reviews this happens often with missing screws and long return times. I am going to dispute the charge with credit card company till this is corrected. ++++++UPDATE++++++UPDATE+++++UPDATE OK I called Schmucker and they said they wanted to make things right, so they came and picked up the mower again on a Friday They returned it yesterday, Wednesday with all the screws and bolts in place and I no longer have to hold anything to get it to start Just turn the key and walah!! They made things right and I wanted to let everyone know that everyone makes mistakes but it takes a Good Person and business to accept and correct it. I would call them again if needed . Thank You I did upgrade my star rating

Can't say enough about the guys at Northeast Welding. I was driving from Texas at Canada when about…read more1,000 miles into my trip my car started acting up. I called my mechanic in Texas and he said ignore it. I stopped at another mechanic, they said ignore it. I tried to keep driving but I really didn't feel safe so I stopped at the closest mechanic to my location. The office was closed but the service bay appeared open. When the guys saw me, they stopped what they were doing, got on their hands and knees to look under my car before raising my car (with me and my dogs in it!), diagnosed, and fixed a minor issue that was causing a major problem. Then, they REFUSED any payment. Turns out this business was Northeast Welding, a separate business beside the mechanic, who had gone for lunch. They had no idea it was also my birthday. So huge shout out to Northeast Welding for the awesome birthday present but more than that, just being amazing people. Highly, highly recommend for being so down to earth! And yes, I will pass it on!
