This facility actually cares about their clients!…read more I'm filled with gratitude to this facility. I was in true despair and was ready to throw it all away, everything I had worked so hard for, all of it, it was horrible. By chance we found this facility and it was exactly what I needed. I was ready and willing to do whatever it took to get myself back in order and La Ventana gave me the tools that are necessary to make that happen. The staff treated me like family and everyone on board is passionate about what they do. I was given the structure and encouragement I needed, they were patient with me and let me be myself. They absolutely went above and beyond for me and my family and I will be forever grateful to them. I'm so glad we found this facility and my new extended family. Thank you EVERYONE at La Ventana, we got this!!!

They defrauded my insurance company by falsely charging for treatments I never got. Not only that when I wanted to discharge early I was told my insurance would not cover any of it. I stayed three weeks longer out of fear that I would have insane medical debt. Only to find out none of that is true. Three weeks of my life wasted... After this experience I did my research and come to find out this company has a history of using and abusing its employees and clients. Ranging from sexual misconduct to insurance fraud schemes. Here's a tidbit of history I wish I would have known: 2014 lawsuit: A female employee was fired by the owner for reporting her manager for sexual harassment. 2024 lawsuit: A female employee was fired by the owner for reporting a client for sexual harassment and raising safety concerns. 2024 lawsuit: The former CEO is suing the owner for sexual assault and battery. Allegedly he coerced her to perform sexual activities in exchange for monetary gain. The details of this case are quite disturbing. I am so grateful to have found this office. Dr Hill and Carla have been so helpful…read more Dr Hill is the most compassionate and caring doctor and very knowledgeable. I have seen several psychiatrist in the past but none have come close to Dr Hill. Carla has been my TMS technician. She has been very patient with me, very comforting and caring. I was skeptical about doing TMS at first, but im so glad i invested the time to do it. I have shown significant improvement, and hope the result last a long time. I highly recommend Dr Hill and the team here.

Dr. Hill treats his patients and staff like family. He is a gem and is the most approachable doctor I've ever met. He puts you at ease and is completely nonjudgmental. Nico was my TMS tech. He's reliable, kind and engaging. Evelyn is the first face I see when I arrive and she always so warm and helpful. Sarah, the office manager is a hoot; an absolute one of a kind. The TMS treatment helped tremendously. I was scared and skeptical to be honest, but as I sit here and wrote this review, I am at peace. I have my energy back. I still have problems (haha) but they aren't for me to solve. Thank you for everything your team has given me. I truly adore you guys and will be forever thankful.

They will not issue a pro-rated refund stating they have a contract. The contract they are referring to was signed by my mentally ill, drug addicted son in December. He fled the facility in early January and then was re-admitted with no new contract signed. I paid by Zelle as is their policy and expressed my concern that he would not last at the facility. I was assured by staff that they never give up on residents and not to be concerned.  I requested a pro-rated refund and following protracted text exchanges was offered an amount of $500 and then $750. This meant that I would pay over $2000 for less than 6 days of care. I actually agreed to take their $750 offer but they cut off all communication. There are some dedicated staff members at Graceland but the owner seems arrogant and combative. My son is very challenging and I do not question their decision to eject him. This does not alter the fact that they did not remunerate me reasonably and committed what I consider at minimum highly questionable financial practices if not fraud. I have filed a complaint and am exploring litigation options but want to warn others to be very careful before placing your loved one at Graceland Sober Living.

Walking through…read moretheir doors was one of the hardest things I've ever done -- and one of the best decisions of my life. I came in struggling with alcohol and feeling completely lost. Today, I'm sober, clear-headed, and genuinely excited about my future, and I owe so much of that to the staff here. From day one, the team at Wildwood made me feel seen and supported. They don't treat you like a number or a diagnosis -- they treat you like a person. The counselors are compassionate, knowledgeable, and real. They don't sugarcoat things, but they also don't judge you. They helped me understand my addiction, rebuild my confidence, and create a plan that actually works in the real world. The groups were powerful, the environment was peaceful, and the whole facility felt like a place where healing is actually possible. I learned tools here that I will use for the rest of my life, and I left with a level of hope I haven't felt in years. If you or someone you love is struggling with alcoholism, I can't recommend Wildwood Recovery enough. They changed my life -- truly -- and I'll always be grateful.

On other hand the front office, Maria and whoever else is up there is horrible. I have made request for my prescription to be filled but NO ONE is returning my calls or the pharmacies. It has been roughly 2 months without one of my meds, I have made a payment on my account which they claimed if I did my appt would be made and my script refill request would be called in. BUT APPARENTLY the front office does not really understand mental health. I doubt it was good for me to get off my med cold turkey but that is what has happened and due to covid I am on a waiting list for a new doctor. SO if you truly want good help, I would walk away from this office and not suggest it to anyone.. ***PS they never send you a bill in the mail, apparently you are suppose to read their minds AND they bill for 45 minute visits when it was a 2 min telehealth. Billing person needs a class in proper coding. I have already filed this info with my insurance and the claims are being reviewed***

However, Dr. Hazany demonstrates his great skill, wonderful bedside manner and intelligent use of interventions for very good outcomes. Of course many patients, don't always like to hear the steps they need to take to get better. But that's the challenge in this area of medicine. A lot of healing depends on patient responsibility. Oftentimes lifestyle modifications, and behavioral therapy must be sought in addition to pharmaceuticals. For most patients, there is no easy fix. But with Dr. Hazany's experience and expertise, you are on the road to healing....if you can implement the needed steps.
