This was a good overall experience....the doctor was awesome. He interacted very well with myself and my grandson whom was being seen. The nurse that took us back was attentive and pleasant as well. The ONLY reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of the front desk staff. Not the same quality of experience. Not as attentive and borderline into the almost rude zone. Went to Dr. Dickman at Omni Dermatology(Tempe) for over a year, never once preformed a biopsy even in spots I continuously complained about, he just froze everything! Prior to that my other dermatologist did biopsy's and Moh procedures on a monthly basis due to an extensive history of skin cancer as a result of 16 years of working outside! I decided to find another Dermatologist and he immediately did a biopsy on the area I continuously complained about and it came back as cancer yesterday, in addition he found many untreated cancers on my face and I was prescribed a flurouracil treatment twice a day for two weeks! I feel extremely disappointed in the lack of service I received at Omni by Dr. Dickman especially considering the fact I just buried my bother in January as the result of Melanoma skin cancer! read more

Dr Dickman was professional, cheerful, friendly, quick and thorough. Liz, the Medical Assistant,was pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere in the office was very calming. There was a big screen with a comedy movie playing silently and with subtitles. I filled out an online prescreening form on their portal the day before my appointment. The check-in kiosk retained my info, making it easy to provide just some additional info. Tori at the check-in desk was swift, cheerful and helpful. This was my first visit to Omni Dermatology Tempe. I did my pre check in on line so checking in was fast ..and I don't think this is normal but my wait time was less than 10 min. The exam room was large and clean. I was examined by Dr. Dickman he is very friendly and I was very impressed with his finding and treating all the areas I was concerned with and more explaining everything to me. I went toy consultation and Dr. Carter, a good looking young doctor explained my issues of my skin. He examined me without me knowing that he was and informed me of his findings. He allowed me to express what I thought it could be. He spoke to me as a patient but offered compassion and empathy. I appreciated the comfortably given instead of doctors who are more reserved to smile and talk as if they know you. Thank you for making my initial visit a wonderful experience. I have 100% clarity of what I have and how to take care of the issue. The other doctor was nice but more into getting things completed. First, the whole process from start to finish was swift. No long wait, and the staff kept you updated constantly of what they were doing. Dr Giansiracusa was amazing! He explained things well and I really felt like I was getting a thorough exam. The MA was friendly and treated me with so much respect. The check in process was quick & easy, as well as getting me back with the medical assistant/dermatologist! Dr. Dickman at Omni Dermatology was fantastic. I went in for a full body scan since I had not had one in over 10 years. He found areas that needed treatment and addressed concerns that I had in an extremely caring and professional way. Dr. Dickman was totally understanding of my fear of needles and explained the shots could also be done in the office, which honestly relieved me of the procrastination I would put myself in!
