But I have to specifically call out Jasmine Aubrey at this location because this angel saved me from a mental breakdown the other day!! I had lapsed on my 6-8 week period between appointments and was absolutely freaking out about it and she went so far above to find me some appointments at another location!! She literally saved me from absolutely losing it!! She is one of the nicest people and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that's something I think the world needs more of. 10/10 service here - if you're thinking about laser hair removal or facial treatments/botox/cool sculpting etc, go with this place. (At the conclusion of all the visits I am still having to shave so save your money). One of the visits the tech had me wipe the makeup off of my face myself. Previously all of the other techs would do it so this made me nervous... what if I didn't do it right or get it all and I wound up getting a burn?! The final straw was my last visit in January 2026. I showed up promptly for my appt and was taken to a treatment room to wait. After about 10 minutes the receptionist popped her head in to let me know the tech was running late but was finishing up and would be in soon. Finally at 30 minutes past my appt, with still no tech, I gathered my things and walked to the front desk. I told her I couldn't wait anymore and left. She apologized and I walked out. I honestly doubt the tech was even there in the building, I think it's more likely a coverage issue they were having. A couple hours later I received this text (photo), offering me a hydra facial. You guys couldn't even treat me for what I paid for, why the heck would I let you touch my skin? FYI, this franchise is also high pressure sales so be ready if you decide to waste your money going there.

Then I met Taylor, who has been doing my photo facials. She is such a wonderful, warm person who does an incredible job targeting the dark spots, the broken veins, and the rosacea. After the first treatment, I finally felt confident enough to not have to wear makeup out of the house and by the second treatment, I swear she took 5 years off my face! These are the two women who have made a huge difference in my life, though from the front desk staff to the rest of the people that work in the office as well, in their specialty fields, I suspect that I'd be met with the same kindness, professionalism, and knowledge that they possess. I came into the hospital praying that my OB could be there or at least a female as it's a delicate situation in a tender place. So when he came in the triage room to introduce himself, I was quite surprised! I'll tell ya... I am SO beyond grateful that he was my doctor that night. There was not one moment that I felt rushed, or that he was frustrated with my many attempts to stop pushing because it hurt. In every way, he was calm, gentle, encouraging & extremely respectful. My mother-in-law (a doctor) and sister-in-law (a NP) were talking about how impressed they was with his bedside manner & skill as a doctor. If you want to feel respected & empowered when you deliver your baby - he's a great person to seek out! I wish I was more with it in the moment to say thank you & recognize what all he did to make sure my son came to the world safely, but hopefully this helps in a "thank you!" My wife absolutely loves him and he has a gentle bedside manner. He is extremely easy to talk to, and that makes for one heck of a great doctor patient relationship. It has been 10 years and we expect to be coming back as long as Dr. Alperin decides to stay in this practice.
