Prickly Pear Plumbing company, James, and Arron, went out of their way to help me when my water…read moreheater was malfunctioning!. (No Hot Water) They arrived to assess why the pilot light wasn't on and determined that the Thermopile assembly had failed! Because of their thoroughness, they discovered that it was still under warranty and supplied me the phone number to Rheem so that I could call and get the part shipped to me for repair. Once the part came in, they were able to repair it!! They didn't feel safe for me with the way the venting flow was for gas to the water heater so, while here, they replaced that at no cost! Kind, knowledgeable, professional, great price, on time and liked my pups! They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!!

I checked Groupon for carpet cleaning as part of a move out requirement and came across this place…read more I reached out to see if they would honor the price without going through Groupon since every business I've encountered on there will. They were happy to. The technician showed up early and was very nice. He did a great job cleaning the carpets, but he did break the blinds and was just going to leave the broken piece without fixing it. I told him it would come out of my security deposit so he needed to fix it. He was able to pop the piece back on and even though it was still broken, I didn't end up being charged. I called their office after he was done to let them know of the damage and they said he hasn't reported it. It was an accident and luckily nothing came of it. The customer service was nice and the price was right.

Having used various carpet cleaning companies over the years (unfortunately, many come and go), we…read morethink it's fair to say that Steam Smart Pro did an average job for an average price. The tech was very professional, though the final result was just okay. There was a small coffee stain that looked worse after the job was done, but cleaned up nicely with a spot carpet cleaner that I used on it after the tech had left. A couple of tougher, high traffic/use areas did not clean up nearly as well as other companies have been able to accomplish in the past, though in fairness our tech said they probably wouldn't. All in all, a fair job at a fair price, but certainly nothing that will put Steam Smart Pro at the top of our call back list.

Neighbor recommended Tucson Plumbing Solutions - and we are so glad they did! Scott answered the phone 2nd ring at 7:10am. Had a guy (Ethan) at our place within the hour. Hand excavated the pavers, id'd the issue, & went through the options based on pipe condition. Opted for a PEX patch section and he replaced both the hot water and cold water segments that were in bad shape. All done within 2.5 hours, with a smile and a good attitude too! Will definitely use again.

Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it's nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Joe didn't text the day before (like…read morehe promised he would) nor did he text me two hours before his appointment (like he promised he would) so I honestly thought he wasn't coming. However showing up to my house and having a complete attitude with me when I was frustrated that you didn't text me to let me know you were in fact coming is completely ridiculous. THEN, when I ask again what's in the chemicals he's using to clean my rug, he answered "I'm not a chemist." That was his answer!? That's unacceptable! He said he's been using these chemicals for over 30 years, but has no idea what's in them. That doesn't make any sense either. What are you hiding? He says they're green though.... okay, so what's in them? He would never answer me what's in the chemicals! Either way, I didn't get to see if he does a good job because he left without cleaning my carpet. If you don't want to know what someone's putting on your carpets and has an attitude when they don't follow through on their promises he's the guy for you. But if you want to know exactly what they're putting on your carpets that your children, grand children, and animals are laying on I suggest you find a more reputable cleaner and someone with less of an attitude from the get go. Finally, when I ask him again what's the name of his company he said "Don't you dare." Don't I dare what? Tell the truth?! You, Joe had an attitude from the start and I have no idea why. What I do know is.... you do not follow through with what you say you're going to do and you have no idea what chemicals you are putting on everyone's carpets. That's a hard no for me.
