Because the concrete panels will be exposed as a finished ceiling, aesthetics were important. Great skill was exercised in pretesting the material and then completing the project once we decided on an approach. The crew showed up when they said they would, were consistently courteous, worked efficiently, and left my property neat and clean upon completion. This was a specialized project for me; I only wish I had more projects to give them, as I really enjoyed working with everyone on the team.

They were all very open about not doing projects like this often but were willing to give it a go and they went over and above to accommodate us. Allen, the blaster was a pleasure to work with, courteous with great attention to detail. He had me check everything as he went and they cleaned up a mess I wouldn't have even known where to begin with. Our house is beautiful and their prices were unmatched as well!! We splurged on a 10' x 14' Kodiak Canvas tent recently, but on just the 3rd camping trip with it, a…read moresquirrel chewed most of the way through the corner it. Because of the size and location of the damage, the manufacturer advised finding a local canvas repair shop to fix it, but that proved to be fairly challenging. Thankfully, when I called The House of Canvas, the owner, Chantel, just had me forward her some photos of the damage, and then promptly agreed that they could fix it, and even provided a reasonable min/max price estimate via text. When I dropped it off the next day, the office staff reviewed the damage and agreed it would be no problem to fix it, and on the very next business day, they called to tell me it was already done! To be transparent, during the completion phone call, there was a bit of confusion about the cost of the repairs, since the repairs apparently ended up taking them 3 hours instead of just 1, as originally expected. However, Chantel was quick to tell her staff to honor her original estimate, since no one had ever reached out to discuss anything with us beyond that. Needless to say, I was very impressed by the honesty and ethics Chantel clearly showed in how she runs her business! None-the-less, I was so appreciative of them and their quality work, I voluntarily upped the amount I paid to "meet them in the middle" to show my gratitude and support this small business. I sincerely hope this review helps steer more business their way! (Photos attached to show the before/after shots of the canvas tent repairs.)

Spoke badly of other carpet cleaning companies that use the bait and switch. I guess they don't do it as good as Chris because even he believed he's not doing the same. When that p/u Friday came around I didn't get a call so I called them with no answer. 2/13/2023 Called again Monday with no answer so I was forced to go to the shop on Tuesday. 2/14/2023 When they brought out my parts I noticed right away there were imperfections. *see pics 2-4* these are obvious areas where there wasn't enough coverage and from them hanging the parts to spray. I had to point these areas out to the guy. They said they "weren't doing white" that day so I would have to wait for them to be resprayed. I got my parts back on Wednesday. FINALLY. Once I got the roll pan and bumper installed on my truck I noticed the roll pan was now warped! *see pic #1* I am beyond frustrated with this company! 2/16/2023 I took my truck back the next day after install to show them the problem. Tony the QC guy, Gary the sales guy and a painter all came out to look and take pictures. I was told by Gary I would get a call back that day after he spoke to the powers that be. It was about noon and they close at 5pm so there was more than enough time to discuss this and call me back. 2/22/2023 As of the date of this review I have called several times with either no answer or no call back. They have NOT even attempted to resolve the issue with the warped roll pan. What is the point of having a QC department if I as a customer is going to be presented with shoddy quality work? And "I" as the customer have to be the one to point it out. And their customer service leaves everything to be desired because it really is nonexistent. At this point my only option is to start the process over with another new roll pan and new shop! Beware of this place! I would NOT recommend this place even if u are looking to powder coat a bicycle! I would give zero stars if that was an option.
