When I told him that I had made an appointment and that he told me it would take a day, and that I was uncomfortable with the car sitting in a dirt lot he became defensive, then proceeded to tell me that his personal car was worth more than mine and told me to take the car back as he was no longer interested in doing the job. I can't think of worse customer service than this, and obviously won't recommend this business.
