These were purchased in Asia and being hand-sewn, we needed a responsible, worthy business to ensure maximum care. Tomas meticulously identified all the discrepancies, tears and loss of fibers. ALL WERE RESTORED. Tomas delivered. Superb, if not industry standard, customer service, like nothing I've ever seen. We even went with one of their options to have velcro installed and wall mount one of our rugs.
