They were happy to. The technician showed up early and was very nice. He did a great job cleaning the carpets, but he did break the blinds and was just going to leave the broken piece without fixing it. I told him it would come out of my security deposit so he needed to fix it. He was able to pop the piece back on and even though it was still broken, I didn't end up being charged. I called their office after he was done to let them know of the damage and they said he hasn't reported it. It was an accident and luckily nothing came of it. The customer service was nice and the price was right.
