I went to pick up my computer a few days later, and all seemed good. Looked as good as new. However when I came home and charged it for the first time - it wouldn't charge. Eventually I ran out of juice, and my computer only worked while being plugged in. Knowing that when I originally gave in my computer, only the hinges needed mending, I contacted the sweet, Jewish woman. She told me to bring it back in, and fixed it totally FREE of cost. It was beyond kind and unexpected, and very much appreciated it.
