As another reviewer mentioned, it is a small family owned business but their workmanship and attention to detail is highly commendable. They took the time to explain the process to us and a week later, they implemented exactly what they said they would do. This included the addition of expanders and taking care to protect our yard and doors. They left our property spotless. The biggest pro for me was that they were totally self managed and gave us no cause whatsoever to oversee their work or worry about them taking any short cuts or giving us sub-standard material. We will not hesitate to use them if and when more concrete work needs to be done on our property.

A terrific company, easy to work with, great prices and terrific work. They replaced my driveway…read moreabout fifteen years ago and it still looks brand new. Based upon my previous experience with them and the quality of their work, I had them come out this week to replace my walkway. One of the steps on my stoop was cracked which caused me to think that I would need to replace the stoop. Mr Turley inspected it and recommended cutting away the step and leaving to stoop as is. I suspect that others may have recommended replacing the stoop - about 25% added to the cost - but Mr. Turley is an honest man. One of the things he does is add joints that allows expansion and contraction yet still keeps water from getting under the concrete and causing freeze bumps during the cold season, one of the major causes for cracks in concrete. Where my neighbors driveways are cracked, mine still looks like the day it was poured. I highly recommend C.B. Turley.

I want to thank Gerber and his team for doing a great job on the exterior of my home ... which…read moreincluded hardscaping, lighting, and landscaping. They delivered excellent craftsmanship and top notch design experience at a fair price. I initially hired Gerber to tune-up all my existing pavers, add a new paver driveway, and add some new path lighting. Adding the new driveway was somewhat of a challenge as the adjacent paver sidewalks were initially constructed over 10 years ago. So, Gerber was able to find a great match to my existing pavers and masterfully piece the new driveway together in such a fashion where old and new appear seamless. Amazing!!! During the process, we learned that his team also offered landscaping. So as the hardscaping and lighting was coming to an end, his team met with us for a design consultation. Both Kathy and Katherine brought some great experience/knowledge to assess our current situation and offered wonderful ideas to the overall design. We loved what we heard and proceeded with the landscaping work immediately. In the end, we could not be happier! And we look forward to using Gerber and his team should we have any additional hardscaping, landscaping, or lighting needs in the future.

Gerber responded very quickly, was prompt in coming out and telling me what he thought I should do. The team was great to work around, completed everything beyond expectations. Would recommend!

This review is long overdue, but I've been meaning to share our wonderful experience with Al, Mike…read moreand their team on the multiple projects they completed for our old, complex house. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)

Initial hardscape design and installation about 5 years ago = 5 stars…read more Last two years = 1 star. Paver repair took 2 years to complete. Received 3 site visits from Jonathan over the final year. The estimate for repair work was vague and required me hammering out a scope of work for the quoted fixed cost. Received the final site visit one day before the repair work, which was then completed nicely. Days later, received an invoice for 150% of the quote with no explanation. When I balked, Jonathan said that it was not a fixed-cost event (it was), further degradation may have occurred since the site was last visited (24 hours earlier) and he did not know how long the work would take until it was completed (after 3 site visits). After a well documented summary accounting of phone conversations, e-mails and site visits submitted to the company owner, the original quote was honored. Yet the owner never replied to or attempted to contact me regarding the negative experience. Again, years ago, great experience. More recently, very shifty. Be prepared to document everything and advocate for yourself. But that battle is "Time & Material" on your part...

He took over an hour to measure everything and sent me the lumber quote he received so that I was fully informed, then we talked labor. He would point out problematic areas (like rotting framing) and would ask me if I wanted to have it replaced rather than just covering it up with the new surface. He did an amazing job that had my mom's tenants and the neighbors complementing the work and I felt the price was very reasonable. Based on that job, I brought him out to take a look at my townhouse to possibly replace the siding and he suggested sanding, priming and painting instead due to the price of replacement. They sanded almost every square inch of it, primed it (in some areas twice) with a peeling paint primer that is like glue to fill in gaps and keep the rest of the old paint from peeling, and then put a double coat over everything. When they finished, I was surprised to find that they had power washed our patio, porch, and front half-height fence and even painted the fence though we never talked about doing any of that work. I felt compelled to pay him extra. Deck Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wELQYf0YGKY
