We had a flagstone walkway put in in 2002. The mortar was crumbling but most of the flagstones…read morewere in good shape. We had several quotes and everyone except Joe said we should gut the whole thing, buy all new flagstone, etc. Joe stopped by and said the base was still in good shape, he could reuse most of the flagstone and replace the few pieces that were broken. He not only saved us a lot of money, but when asked gave us great advice about caring for our flagstone. He is meticulous in his work and it is beautiful. I think our walkway looks even better than it did when it was first installed. He also beveled all the edges and it's just stunning. He is honest and a professional. Thank you Joe!

A little late but, we had Joe from Art Masonry Inc. last winter design and build our fire place…read morewall. His design style and ideas were only matched by his attention to detail and quality of work. We could not be more pleased with Joe. We had numerous quotes but as soon as we met Joe, we knew he was the mason for us. Throughout the process he offered suggestions but also took into consideration our input. He installed real stone, not stone veneer and each stone was hand chiseled to fit perfectly in a dry stack. Even with his unbelievable attention to detail, he stayed on time as well as budget. Can not recommend Joe and Art Masonry Inc. enough!!! Pictures do not do his work justice. The mantel is a reclaimed barn beam from Local Hardwoods who are now also opened in Purcellville VA and Berryville VA. We have also replaced the switch plates with slate ones from Vermont Slate Art.

We recently worked with Nick and his team to finalize a major backyard project. We had a small deck…read morethat was replaced with a raised one and we found ourselves with room underneath the new deck for a nice patio. Also, we were unhappy with the amount of room on our pool deck so we wanted to expand it a little bit. We also had problems with an old paver walkway that had become very uneven. I met with 4 companies about the project and we ran into some that were very cheap, but could only do one part of the project; another that decided that he didn't have the manpower to do the work after all; and one more that started our phone conversation with: "What's your budget?" and that company was only concerned with our budget. They showed up to look at the project, came up with grand ideas, and then I never heard from them again- until I gave them a bad review (funny how that works). Finally, I heard about 360 from a friend and I got in contact with Nick, who responded through his website within a couple of hours. Right away, I got a great feeling that Nick understood what we wanted to do, and he made great suggestions that were excellent, and still within a reasonable price range. Nick came back with a proposal within a few days and work began within a couple of weeks. We could not be happier with the way things turned out. Nick, Jose, and team created a beautiful Techo-Block paver patio under our deck, complete with stair and retaining wall lighting; they replaced our walkway; and they used some of our old pavers to expand the pool deck. The team worked really hard to get this work done and the results are fantastic. I highly recommend Nick and 360 Contracting Group, they take a lot of pride in the work they do and they keep their word. Please take a look at the before and after pictures, it's a dramatic change. So many people have horror stories about contractors, but this one is a terrific one. You just hope to hire a company who isn't trying to break the bank in one job; shows up on time every day; and doesn't change your price during the project; and most of all does a great job- and we found that in 360. Thank you, Nick, Jose, and team- you are outstanding people and craftsman.

In the past, we used the big named lawn companies and never got the results we wanted. Based on a…read morerecommendation of a friend, we tried Solana Landscapes a few years ago and it was then we had results and started seeing the lawn we always wanted. When we moved into our house, we had dirt in the back yard. We had trees taken down and still barely any grass. When Mark diagnosed our issue and started working on our lawn, we had results! He knows what he's talking about! Additionally, we planted 9 evergreens that were dying. We bought every product known to try and stop them from dying, thinking it was web worms to a fungus. Mark thought that with us watering and the run off from our neighbors watering their yard, they were getting too much water. He was right! Mark's prices are very reasonable and he is honest. He will not recommend something you do not need. Additionally, he does a beautiful job with the flower beds and putting down mulch. We highly recommend Solana Landscapes. Try them.
