I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company after they were subcontracted by another company I usually work with. When they first arrived they didn't know what testing had to be done, that should have been my first indication of what to expect. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and blamed it on miscommunication between them and the company I hired to do the job. I got out of their way and let them do the testing, took them a few hours, they had me signed and they left. A week later I received a report that the tests had failed along with a quote for repairs that totaled over $7,000!! Yes you read that right $7,000 in repairs otherwise they would not certify that my building was in compliance. I have these test done every year and yes we get the occasional repairs here and there but never anything this exponential.I tried to reason with them and asked for an explanation but it was useless. I had 3 different companies take a look at the list of repairs and they all agreed that the repairs did not have to be done. In addition to the long list of unnecessary repairs the reports submitted to the inspector were incomplete, 4 moths after they were submitted I was still trying to gather information from them. I ended up having to pay another company to do the repairs and certify the systems. I deal with a multitude of vendors in my line of work and never in my 8 yrs of property management have I come across a company this unethical. In the end I spent just as much hiring a second company to complete the job. I will probably never get over this horrible experience. Small businesses beware! read more
