They had an opening from a cancellation on Tuesday morning, so I took that opening, and I was able to drop my car off on Monday evening. I decided to knock anyway, and I'm so glad I did! To my surprise, a gentleman named Jimmi answered the door. After I explained the situation, he graciously offered to take a look at my tire, despite being closed for the day. He quickly assessed the damage and was able to fix it with a simple plug. Not only did Jimmi go out of his way to help me, but he also treated me fairly and didn't try to overcharge me just because I was from out of town. The whole repair was fast, VERY affordable, and I was back on the road in under 10 minutes. Jimmi was an absolute lifesaver! His kindness and willingness to help a stranger truly made my day. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. I tried to work with him and cover his materials and I just wanted to get my labor cost back because the car was not fixed. The car drove home fine, and it started to fail in 3 weeks. I had an offer from him to buy the car, after it was not fixed he didn't want to buy the car, which proved my point it wasn't fixed.
