It's not user-error, as I've attempted from multiple different devices with no success. So I attempted to purchase and schedule the training sessions by calling the store directly. When I did so, they told me I had to purchase online or come into the store to purchase training sessions. I told the guy about the website issue and that I wasn't able to purchase online, his response was that "he's not concerned about the website and has nothing to do with it". So I drove 25 minutes to the store to make the purchase. Once at the store they told me I could only purchase training sessions when the trainer is at the store. I never thought we would ever find a groomer as great as Kelsey McCracken when we needed to find a replacement..... I am so thrilled to have met Erika Alwardt!
