My experience was genuine and I felt really customer service and care from her through each section of the store; much better than at the big stores like Petco or pet smart. Santa was set up outside to take a picture with people and their pets. It was cute to watch a dog get excited to see him. The store is on the smaller side, but offers a lot of dog items including food and toys. I only have a cat, so I was looking for some things for her, but the selection for cats was limited. The groomer at the vet didn't work at all. Our 1st appointment was more of a disaster then anything else & we kept looking & found Sue at Hair & Hound & she is just amazing. Piper is so happy she all groomed now & back to her happy doggie self. She had never gone that long between appointments & was miserable. HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I switched from Wagging Tails to Wagz and Wigglez to groom my two…read moreRagdoll cats in Feb2021 simply because Wagging Tails was booked for 5 months in advance. The groomer who did the mobile grooming for Wagz and Wigglez that day was Luis the owner Danielle's husband. I have a big male Ollie, and a small female Molly. In April2021 I started noticing Molly had a 3" X 7" swath of hair not growing back. To me it was obvious that the perfectly straight line of the 3" scalped area was the width of the clipper blades as it traveled right down Molly's spine. So, I called Danielle and let her know. I also sent her picture's. She acted completely dumfounded and said she's never seen that before. Keep in mind my cats had been getting groomed by Wagging Tails for over 5 years and neither cat ever had any issues. Over the last 3 months I've been exchanging polite texts back and forth with Danielle. NOTE: She lives in the same town as me, but neither her or Luis ever offered to come over and look. On May 20th I brought Molly to vets, and the vet agreed that Molly was 100% healthy and agreed that the hairless swath was man-made. Meaning it most likely was caused by Molly's hair getting caught up in the clipper blades and ripped out follicles of hair. Obviously because that was the only area on her body that was butchered, then it must have been the angle of the clipper, the speed of the clippers or even clippers that weren't sharp enough. All that's happened so far is I got stuck with a $125 vet bill. Yesterday was supposed to be another haircut that was confirmed by Danielle back in Feb2021. Nobody from Wagz and Wigglez showed up. Danielle obviously deleted my confirmed appointment even after everything I had been through. I sent her a text this morning and told her even though I had been still willing to do business with her, because she cancelled my apt., I was now very mad, and was going to post a bad review and hire another company. Within a minute or so she finally called me for the first time and started blaming me for writing long negative texts to her throughout the weeks we were trying to figure out what happened, which is a lie. My texts were detailed because she was acting like it was some big CSI mystery when it was obvious that it was simply a BAD CUT! When you go back and read them, I was a perfect gentleman and very polite and willing to work with her. She said if I post a bad review, she's going to call her lawyer and sue me. I started laughing and said go ahead, sue me, and that's when we started arguing and I finally told her I would never do business with someone like her again!!! To this day she has never apologized or admitted any responsibility of doing anything wrong. Instead she blames it on molly's "soft fur" and blows me off on yesterday confirmed appointment. NOTE: She did offer once to reimburse me for Molly's cut, but as of today, I still haven't received anything from her except a string of text messages with excuses that go back to March2021.

Grooming used to a stressor for my havanese. Once we began using Luis, it all changed. My fur baby now knows what to expect and when and always comes in excited to show off her new 'doo. Most recently, Luis got her the softest I have ever known her to be. Over a week later she is still soft as down and clean as a whistle. I highly Reccomended this company. They are worth every cent! The cuts are great. The personality stellar! Customer service also quite good!
