The negatives: When I placed my order, there was only one snow cone machine available. I had to call three times to get confirmation and adjustment to my bill showing that my request was fulfilled. The driver gave us three gallon-sized syrups but no pump (which was what I was told to expect) which made it really hard to pour and then wanted the leftover syrup back (which I appreciate that it isn't wasted but would have liked to know this upfront rather than at pickup). Would have also love a drainage pipe/bucket so melting ice didn't drench our table from the holes on the machine. Overall, I'd use them again but would love if they ironed out these shortcomings to ensure a smoother process and event.

The kids loved it, the adults appreciated how smoothly everything ran, and I appreciated not having to spend the morning troubleshooting equipment or making emergency party-supply purchases. Everything was so smooth from the initial inquiry to the breakdown of the jumper. I asked about the highly sought after 3-in-1 bounce house but it wasn't available on my date so I booked the 2-in-1 with a slide. I loved the optional add-on of coordinating balloons. This makes it so easy to match ANY theme. Our was 7-Eleven (my daughter turned 11 on 7/11!) Cindy reached out a few days later and said the 3-in-1 was available after all! I really wanted the ball pit for the smaller children, but it ended up being a HUGE hit for the pre-teen kids as well, so this worked out great for us! BALLOONS: if you're on the fence like I was, bite the bullet and do it! It really completes the aesthetics and theme of the bounce house. Cindy was really transparent and gave me a heads up that some balloons may pop due to being in direct sunlight on a hot day, which I appreciated. I rented out the inflatable jousting for my boyfriends graduation back in May 2021! We had tons of fun; everyone got to join in on the tournament!
