I paid an additional $175 specifically for an exact delivery time because I had multiple vendors scheduled that day and needed everything to stay on track. They ended up arriving almost TWO HOURS late, which pushed back my entire schedule and affected other vendors and caused so much stress. Mind you the event was a wedding. What made it worse was that while I was waiting, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to give me an update. If you're having a weekend wedding, don't expect much in the way of customer service if something goes wrong. After the event, I reached out and asked for a refund of just the $175 exact-time delivery fee. I wasn't asking for a refund on the equipment or the entire service, just the additional fee for a service I paid for and clearly didn't receive. They ghosted me. Honestly, $175 isn't going to make or break me. It's the principle. If you charge a customer extra for a guaranteed service and don't provide it, you should make it right. Instead, they chose to ignore the situation. Ironically, a lot of people at my event asked who provided the equipment because it looked great. I've been honest with everyone who asked about my experience, and unfortunately they've lost potential business over something that could have been resolved very easily. Good equipment. The positives: They showed up pretty much on time, listened and adjusted about how we wanted to be set up and we found the equipment to be in excellent working condition and was really fun for all the kids. The negatives: When I placed my order, there was only one snow cone machine available. I had to call three times to get confirmation and adjustment to my bill showing that my request was fulfilled. The driver gave us three gallon-sized syrups but no pump (which was what I was told to expect) which made it really hard to pour and then wanted the leftover syrup back (which I appreciate that it isn't wasted but would have liked to know this upfront rather than at pickup). Would have also love a drainage pipe/bucket so melting ice didn't drench our table from the holes on the machine. Overall, I'd use them again but would love if they ironed out these shortcomings to ensure a smoother process and event.

We hired GN Rentals for our Anand Karaj at the Fremont Gurdwara. Everything seemed ok once we signed the contract and paid them until the week of the wedding. My parents had separately asked them for a quote for our home events we'd be doing and needed a tent and some rentals. They sent over the quote but it was too high and could not get a response from him so they decided to pass on them and never signed a contract nor paid them a deposit. Two days before our wedding, they showed up at my parents house unannounced claiming we "viewed the quote" so that meant we agreed to do business with them. I will emphasize, nowhere did my parents sign any sort of contract nor pay them any type of deposit. After trying to explain this to Kamal, the head guy, he threatened to cancel our separate contract with them for our Gurdwara wedding, unless my parents paid him $500+ additional dollars for the time it took his people to get to my parents house. While trying to understand his rationale behind this, he hung up on my parents. Our coordinator later called him back saying we found other rental companies who had availability so we would like to cancel with him and he then changed his tune and said "I am a business, I will not require them to pay the additional money and will go ahead and do the Gurdwara wedding." I don't think it's ethical to try to milk extra money out of customers who already signed and paid you in full. I will not be using his services again.

The reservation system online is super easy to use (with no deposit required) and subsequent communication with Zeb professional, responsive, and accommodating. I ended up adding tables and chairs to the bounce house and changing the quantity until the day before and Zeb made updates as we went along. In addition, he changed the pricing for me to the package deal in order to be more price efficient (thank you!!). An email confirmation went out approximately a week before my event, and Zeb did a final evening before the event call confirmation as well. (To be finished...)
