We called and texted him for the quote and to provide an update and he never got back to us. I called him from a different phone number and he said he stopped the project because we mentioned in one of our messages that since we hadn't heard from him we had someone else coming to look at the oven and he then, without letting us know, decided to stop the project and never return our calls. I think it is fair to get a few different quotes in this scenario and at least reply to your customer.

Although the cooling wasn't affected, my husband and I didn't enjoy hunting for food with a flashlight. With some YouTube help, I managed to remove the LED lightbulbs, only to discover that they worked fine in a desk. Obviously, it was time to call in an expert: Vinny, still owning & operating this business. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty switch, and replaced it the next day. The new switch (from a parts store he routinely works with, not original equipment) wasn't so easy to insert, but he worked at it patiently and carefully until we both heard a reassuring click. Now the fridge lights up like Times Square (I bought new bulbs on Amazon for the next 10 years), and best of all, I can adjust the coolness from the control panel, which had also gone dark. I can't recommend Vinny enough: There's no substitute for experience.

update: Luis returned all of my money, including the tip. I am grateful for that. However, the…read morediscourse and conversation on the phone was also not professional in order to get to this point. It's very sad as I still have a broken dishwasher and we were all very upset. I am very sorry to have to write this review. I really wanted this to be a positive experience, but it was not. First of all it's important to know that the company does not list an address. There is only one number listed for the manager. We had a leak in our dishwasher, which appeared to be a simple issue, but the water at least needed to be turned off before complete repair was made. The repair man by the name of Luis showed up at our home and claimed he was allergic to our cat so was sneezing everywhere and did not put on a mask. In addition when he went to do the repair, he explained only partially what needed to be done because my son was under the instructions to have the repair done immediately. We did not want leaking into the lower floor. As a rest they installed the wrong part and assured us that it would work. I was not aware of this as I was not home at the time, but my son relayed the message to me. Immediately upon this man leaving, we turned on the dishwasher and it leaked the same as before if not worse. In addition when Luis left the apartment, he had loosened our faucet in our kitchen sink and left parts off of the dishwasher that were not replaced. Very sloppy work. The worst part of this has been the follow up. They promised to fix the improperly installed wrong part. When I spoke to Yaosta, the manager listed on Yelp, she assured me she had the right part and made arrangements for someone to come and fix it. We exclaimed that we did not want Luis back, but that another technician would be needed to finish this job since our experience with him was less than positive. As a result, we have yet to receive a repair person in our home. We have been promised daily that someone will show up, but I have not been given a time or a day for confirmation. In addition to that, the technician who was scheduled to come, she claims iwas in a car accident and we have yet to hear back from her on any further repair technicians. This has been going on for days. So far I have spent $200 on a repair that turned out to be a wrong part improperly installed. They have left us with a nonworking dishwasher and I am out $200. If you're wise, you will not use this company. They are unprofessional and clearly not as skilled as they claim to be. I used them because they had five star reviews, but I wonder if they were not solicited for the purposes of gaining business and not real reviews. Please research your Sources - I wish I had.
