I let her know that I was interested the Oxygen facial and wanted her input for what I was trying to achieve for my skin- brightening and even texture, but said I'll let her tell me what my skin needs. Her only response was "this is a dermaplane facial". And that was it. After it started I asked if there was a heated blanket on the bed as it was cold. She checked and said there wasn't. That's it. She continually used a lukewarm, thin rag on my face through out the session. Afterwards, as I was getting up to my robe back on, I noticed Ordinary skin products on the counter.
