Everyone there is kind and considerate. I met Vaughn and Dr. Hogan on my first visit and was impressed that they showed an actual interest in my pain. I am always seen in a timely manner, which I find refreshing. Dr. Hogan has performed 3 procedures total on my lower back and cervical spine and I am happy to say I am seeing wonderful results. I am not yet pain free but the pain has been greatly reduced. I have never had problems making appointments and I am pleased when I get call backs asking how I feel after each procedure. I feel this group really cares! I had elected that each procedure be done without sedation and I must say there was no pain during the procedures. That right there wins my vote with this group! Thank You Dr. Hogan!!!! :-D

Got my appointment scheduled for 8am and showed up 10min early for it. They said because I didn't have their paperwork filled out they couldn't see me and they'd have to reschedule me for next week. I looked at the 26 page paperwork that would probably take me 5 minutes to fill out. Don't get a day off from work usually so I asked if I could fill it out really quick there and they said sure but would have to wait until 1pm to see the next provider. Not to mention there's no seriousness with the ladies behind the desk, as they sit there laughing and joking while they're denying appointments of people who show up 10 min early.

I was told in Feb of 2025 that my back collapsed and was told that I was an urgent case, got an appointment as an urgent appointment, My appointment got canceled because apparently every single surgeon in their practice took spring break off, which is fine except you're a surgical center and people are coming to see you because they're in pain. As I was sobbing in mr. Ganapathy's office with my medical advocate present I was asked "are you expecting me to come to your home and pick you up off the floor" after I asked, what do I do when I fall because I had already fallen numerous times and been to 5 ER's all wouldn't help me because I had already been deemed a surgical case and was with a surgeon. My second appt as I was sobbing in excruciating pain still because the office would not prescribe me any pain medication and treated me like a drug addict when I had it documented that medication's don't work for me the same way they work for Other people I again had my advocate with me in the room when Mr. Ganapathy told me that "no one else would help me since I was already assigned to him as a surgical case" This made me feel isolated and alone like no matter what I had to stick with this man that was making me feel uncomfortable or I was never going to get surgery and out of pain. This entire time my appointment kept getting pushed back and rescheduled. He wanted to run unnecessary test that we told him would not work, but he demanded it, which I am now realizing, was retaliatory in his way of prolonging my situation. Mr. Ganapathy went out of his way to make sure I felt like I was not going to have any help from anyone else and that I had nowhere else to go. After finally learning that if I wanted to get anywhere, I had to make him happy I learned to just keep my mouth shut and all of a sudden he was finally willing to Do what needed to be done for me to get out of pain. At this point, my advocate and I had realized that I needed to play nice and stroke his ego if I wanted help. This practice and Mr. Ganapathy personally drove my mental health to the point that I was completely done. My pain levels were so high, and no one would help me get into the surgery. It kept getting pushed out, kept getting prolonged and I had had enough. It pushed me to my mental breaking point And as soon as I made them document that all of a sudden, I have a message saying that they will get me in as soon as possible. They will discuss it with other surgeon and so on and so and I tell them in that message I appreciate you pushing to Get it earlier I am at my mental and physical breaking point. Next thing I know I have a surgery date. After surgery within 24 hours, Mr. Ganapathy wanted to take me off of my pain medication And kept treating me like I was fine and crazy for needing pain meds. He again spoke down to me condescendingly "you can't take the pump home so what exactly is your plan" as I am in excruciating pain where I have proof from a third-party MD that I was in fact, not ok. I ended up in the ICU. My 2 day stay turned into a 5 day stay where I was treated by Mr Ganapathy like I wasn't doing enough until he physically saw me and felt me go down while he was forcing me to walk so he could see that I was fine...I collapsed in pain and muscle spasms which all of a sudden he got a deer in headlights look and started asking about the medication he supposedly ordered but the nurses said didn't happen. Speaking of medications...I have an issue with meds, my body and my system. This is explained to EVERY new doctor I deal with and Mr Ganapathy immediately disregarded the information telling me that I had to do the medication he was telling me I had to do which included one that I have Tried on multiple different occasions and He refused to listen. I was discharged for calling him a DICK Which obviously struck a nerve
