I had an appointment set up for 10am on 11/23/18, on thanksgiving I get a call verifying my appointment for Monday the 26th. That's not what I was told over the phone. I broke my ankle and STILL have yet to have it casted. This place was suppose to be an easy I. Cause my doctors are booked until February. However; I tried calling the morning of my appointment on the 23rd and was on hold for an hour with no answer. I called shortly after 8am, the opening time. No answer. Extremely poor reception. While I was on hold I read these reviews and decided to not go into this facility.

When I arrived for my appointment, the provider refused to see me because the medication wasn't one she had originally prescribed nor was it one she "prefers" to prescribe. Rather than explaining this to me herself, I overheard the conversation through the exam room door while she spoke with the medical assistant in the hallway. The medical assistant then came in to explain why I would not be seen. When I asked why the scheduler hadn't informed me of this when I specifically identified the medication three weeks earlier, my concern was dismissed. I had taken time off work, waited three weeks for the appointment, and still left without being seen. I left as soon as I was able to.

I clearly made her uncomfortable. Eye contact was minimal. Her suggestion to me was to go see pain management doctor! She struck down any hope I had and made me feel disgusting! I had to wait for a note from her to give to my primary doctor. In the notes, it described a detailed examination talking about ROM etc. She NEVER ONCE laid a hand on me or examined me to even really understand my situation. I've worked in medical all my life, and never once made anyone feel unworthy for being fat. Hey..even the Doctor himself had to cruise through the lobby when I was waiting for her note. I suppose so he could get a LOOK at me too. Conclusion is don't go here if you're fat, they don't like helping fat people.

For over 3 weeks we have heard nothing...we contacted our primary care doctor and was told it was sent twice. Dr. Schultz's office, however, claimed they never received it. The time spent in going back and forth, repeated phone calls generally with no response has been very disconcerting. Dr. Schultz needs to clean house with his administrative staff since they don't have any customer service skills and are inept at using the computer system to recover referrals from a web portal. The building layout is straightforward, and the suites are clearly marked. Upon entering your specific suite, the staff members are prompt to get you checked in. Look for the check-in kiosk located in each of the suites, and if you provide your mobile, you get updates via text along with links to things you may need (school note, scheduling the next appt, etc...). Despite the drive from our residence to this location to meet with our doctor has been great.
