I've been a patient of Brandon Buzan, PA at Vitality Internal Medicine, for over a decade, and I…read morecan say without hesitation that he is one of the most exceptional medical professionals I've ever encountered. His diagnostic insight, clinical expertise, and unwavering compassion make him truly stand out in a field where those qualities rarely coexist at such a high level. Not only has he expertly managed my chronic migraines and fibromyalgia, but he has also guided me through multiple surgeries with steady confidence and an extraordinary level of care. What impresses me most is his ability to see the full picture--he has caught and correctly diagnosed conditions that other providers overlooked, often making critical connections that changed the course of my treatment for the better. One of the most remarkable things about Brandon is his memory. He recalls details from my medical history that even I've forgotten, and that depth of understanding allows him to make decisions with incredible precision and continuity. It's a level of attentiveness that brings real peace of mind. Beyond his medical acumen, his bedside manner is genuinely unmatched. He listens attentively, explains everything clearly, and always takes the time to ensure I feel heard and supported. He brings that same dedication to the care of my family members, who also see him and speak just as highly of him. If you're fortunate enough to be under his care at Vitality Internal Medicine, know that you're in the best hands possible. I cannot recommend Brandon Buzan highly enough.

Great customer service. They get you in and get you out for your injections. Highly recommended.read more

He never talks down to me and I feel we work together well as a team for my care. When I asked about an EKG, he didn't make me return to set up another appt., but immediately called in a PA to take it for me and I didn't have to wait for results. The practice had a great phlebotomist who left, so I was apprehensive about the new one, but she is great too. It's convenient to have bloodwork tests available in the same building, and the facility itself is in a good location and on the 138 Valley Metro route which is helpful. The weakest link in the practice is the way scheduling and general questions are handled. Upon leaving, I was given a printout with the next appt. without any consultation with me about dates and times that work best for me, so I had to change it and that was an unnecessary step and the presumptuousness of setting up a random appt. for me did not make me feel respected. Also, when I called to make my bloodwork appt. and specifically asked about the times, I was not told about the lab being closed for lunch so when I came, I had to wait around and that was not a good use of my time. When I texted that I should have been informed about the lunch hour, the response I received was "We always have our lab tech take lunch from 12 to 1pm." Notice there was no apology for my inconvenience or for not providing the complete information, just telling me what they "always do" as though I'm supposed to know that. The questionnaire that you have to fill out with only yes or no answers also needs some improvements since binary answers rather than also allowing for N/A or Unsure and without a way to add additional information can result in inaccurate records.

There is no confidentiality for the patients. The first time I was there, both the woman and the man were openly talking to a patient in the waiting room about his need to see the doctor because of his addiction to pain medications. Anyone with an ounce of common sense or regard for HIPAA would have not done that. The doctor is nice but as long as his staff is there, he is going to lose business because of them. The woman who works there I would think has a mental disability because there is no other reason you would say something to her and she repeats something back to you that she just made up. She doesn't listen and then is rude to you when you have to circle back. Dr Singh would do much better if he were to hire two people that knew how to serve his customers properly. Also, for some reason, they only accept cash there. So if you have to pay a $60 co-pay, or a $200 out-of-pocket appointment, you actually have to go to the ATM and get cash before they will see you. When was the last decade that you saw a doctors office not accept debit or credit cards? It would take them an hour to set that up. That's what a mess they are. I made a mistake by choosing this office. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else. I would never, ever refer anyone there, and will only warn people against them as long as that staff is there.
