I went to OM3 this morning for a consult for a molar removal. I first met Julie, who was at the front desk, but she was also the billing specialist. Just happened she was also the person I spoke to on the phone when I made my appt. What a gem. She got me in quickly (two days), super nice, very knowledgeable. I was in a lot of pain and had not been able to eat without excruciating pain. I was taken back into the consult room by Case, one of Dr Kim's assts. He was so helpful, made sure I understood everything, thorough, and personable. After seeing Dr Kim, who assessed my problem, agreed with the dx of removal, I was seen again by Julie who worked with me for my surgery schedule. I was so wishy washy with anesthesia, nitrous, or just a local...yet she was extremely patient and super nice. I mentioned that all the talking was causing my tooth to ache (pain level 7) and she got up to see if the doctor could see me (we had decided on nitrous). All of the sudden, I was whisked back to surgery by Morgan, who told me that Dr Kim was going to remove my molar right then. HAPPY SURPRISE! I got wishy washy again, and decided to just go with the local anesthesia. They were on it, no problem! Dr Kim came in (he is so nice, gentle, and knows his stuff). After about 5 minutes getting completely numbed up, he told me what I should hear and feel and in less than 2 minutes, (yes, seriously! That molar practically jumped out of my mouth), he was finished! There was none of the weird noises or feels, just tooth gone/pain gone! Morgan gave me all of my After care scrips and notes (she was such a sweetheart, helpful, kind, patient, thorough), I was at the front desk to pay what my insurance didn't cover (not much and their costs were very reasonable - under $100), and schedule followup appt. I was in and out in under 2 hours - remember, I got emergency surgery without being scheduled for it. And this evening, I got a call from Dr Kim to make sure I was doing okay and he told me how great I did. I had never been to this office before. Was referred by CHC emergency dentist (I went there Sat). I left knowing that I will go there any time I need oral surgery. As a tetracycline kid of the early 60s, I have always had horrible teeth. So a return visit is not that far of a reach. It's so great knowing there is an oral surgery office that takes the fear factor out of the equation. This office is full of rock stars. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Kudos to their entire office! read more

Dr. Wahan treated me in 2013, successfully removing a tumor in my jaw. He was impeccable! His thoughtful diagnosis and treatment was followed by scrupulous follow up. He sent samples twice for biopsy, saying he felt the need to recheck the lab results. Dr. Wahan's professionalism and compassion made a potentially stressful situation very much easier! Since that surgery, I moved to Arizona. Recently, another dental issue has emerged and my surgeon has asked those records. Unfortunately, they were lost to water damage. Today, I was able to find one old paper that had the OM3 office number on it. I called, fully expecting the usual hold time and delays. That is just normal in the last few years. Apparently, Riley (Patient Care Coordinater for OM3) missed that memo on how to drive the patient crazy! I explained that a new dental problem has me needing those old records....and Riley solved my problem in about one minute. She not only listened with full attention, but she repeated my request to be sure she had proper understanding. She asked to put me on hold for a minute, and I would have gladly waited all afternoon if she could help. Instead, she was back on the line in less than a minute. She explained that the records are so old she would need to go to the old system to find them . For those who manage OM3- please know that Riley has saved me an incredible amount of grief and probably pain. I will never forget her kindness in helping me so quickly. I will now be able to see the surgeon tomorrow with the records he needs to treat this new problem. Riley is a gem! I went there for a consultation. Doctor spent 5 minutes with me. Office staff is not trained and very rude. offered a 10% senior discount on if I signed a paper stating I did not them to bill insurance. Sounds shady to me Never again. read more

More interested in billing your insurance for X-rays, "exams" extractions and implants than truly serving your needs? Don't go there. I have been to M3 twice now. The first time, two years ago on referral from my dentist to deal with a medical issue with my jaw (MONJ). A serious issue for jawbone and teeth I was not at all happy with the visit and the lack of concern and follow up planning . So I went to another Surgeon to care for my needs at the time. This new oral surgeon was over an hour away in in Tacoma but highly recommended and did an excellent job for me. This year, not wanting to invest several hours drive time to my Surgeon in Tacoma I thought I might give OM3 Mill Creek another try thinking the first time was an anomaly. Sorry, I did. Yesterday, I had a tooth extraction by Dr. Kim at the Smokey Point office. I can't say enough good things about the care I received from him and his staff. From my first phone contact, to the consult appointment to the actual day of surgery. All expenses were explained at the consult visit so there were no surprises. I was listened too and treated with respect that all patients deserve. I left feeling confident & safe in their care. I had conscious sedation and with my complicated medical history I was reassured with their ongoing monitoring during the procedure with EKG, oxygen, pulse oximeter and BP monitoring. Dr. Kim even gave me a call at home last evening to check in. Something I've never had happen in the past with any of my providers. Post op is going well with minimal discomfort that Tylenol covers. I strongly recommend this place! I was referred from my local dentist office to go to OM3 to get my wisdom teeth removed. I remember my fiance had his wisdom teeth removed by them as well and he was very satisfied. I am extremely happy with their services and their customer service. I had my procedure done at the Everett office. I had an issue with my insurance, as my insurance company decided to postpone my eligibility until mid-May. The women at the front desk accommodated fo the change right away and were my advocates in front of the insurance company. They have called the insurance multiple times to make sure I would receive my benefits. Thank you to McKenzie, Sonia and the rest of the front desk staff. My doctor was Benjamin Noblitt. During my first visit, he made sure to explain everything to me, regarding procedures and type of anesthetic I would receive. Since I'm terrified of the IV sedation, I went with the local anesthetic. In the surgery room, Kaylee took very good care of me in helping me relieve my anxiety. As someone who is terrified of needles, she made sure I didn't see any of them. The whole process was fast and to be honest pretty painless. After I got home, a few hours later I received a call from the doctor to check on my recovery. I have two experiences here: The first was a few years ago when I was referred by my dentist to have a suspect salivary gland removed from the roof of my mouth. The operation was quick and post care instructions were just right so the healing happened without issues. They sent the biopsy off to UW for analysis and I received results a few weeks later in the mail showing it was benign. Second and more recently my high school aged daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted under general anesthesia. During COVID, she entered from the waiting area, went back and they walked her out from the recovery room an hour later to the parking lot where they had me wait in my car to optimize social distancing. Again thorough post care instructions were provided and followed and she recovered within a week. Probably not needed, but I called the on call doctor on each of these procedures, about half way through each recovery with questions. Both times doctors were very professional and provided me good advice to help calm my worries. I recommend this place. read more

I came here last year for my wisdom teeth extraction. I decided to take all 4 out at once (like you should unless you wanna suffer another experience!) and my experience with Dr. Brady was amazing! They explained the procedure well and I had complete faith in their expertise. They even refunded me a hundred-ish dollars for the anaesthetic amount they didn't need use on me. I gave them 4 stars because their prices were a bit higher than other places in my opinion. But maybe I'm paying more for quality? read more

Dr. Kim and his staff went out of their way to help me on Christmas Eve when I was in pain from a prior extraction from another dentist (in another office). I had a open sinus with a broken root tip left from the prior dentist and Dr. Kim and his staff stayed late on Christmas eve to repair the open sinus because I was in extreme pain. Everyone in this office was kind and professional and they are worth the money to have any procedure done correct the first time! I wish I could give them 10 stars! read more

Really really do not recommend. I had my consultation here and ultimately decided to go somewhere else. Took 2 weeks to get a call back after my initial appointment and was told by the business office manager that I would have to call my insurance and inquire. I felt unheard by the surgeon from the beginning and the office staff echoed the unfriendly and unprofessional tone. Please save yourself time and money and take your business elsewhere. read more

They all displayed a caring kindness toward me from the front office to Dr Kim and his assistant Jose,who was super good at teaching, explaining and knowing what I said with a mouth full of gauze. It was really good experience for me, I'm one of the kind who always gets white knuckles at the regular dentist. A solid 10 stars - oops only 5 cool red & white stars allowed. I had 3 wisdom teeth surgically removed this year. I was very impressed by their professionalism and they all seemed very helpful and listened to my concerns/questions. I am giving 4 stars because I don't think they explained the after care process very well, I wish they would have spent a few minutes going over this before the procedure. Disturbed at what my boyfriend told me one of your employees said to him while they prepared him for his wisdom teeth removal. He was already feeling the medication but was still aware of his surroundings. Another assistant came into his room taking to the assistant that was actually helping him and they start talking to him about a Netflix show. From what he was telling me, the assistant that had no reason being there said to him something about "Netflix and chill" and she can take the popcorn off his hands for him. It's very inappropriate to talk to your patients like that. Keep it professional. Especially since they go under anesthesia and they're loopy and won't remember a thing after they fall asleep. read more

Dr. Brady what can I say just met the man Monday needed a extraction before my benefits was was up had an impacted tooth that I now know was infected went in Monday for a consultation luckily he had an opening the next day and got it done. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Brady and all his staff. I was in extreme pain that wouldn't even go away with medication with my tooth extraction appointment still a week and a half out. I called my dentist who called om3 and they were able to squeeze me in day of. I was in and out with my two teeth extraction in less than 40 minutes total. While I was recovering at home I got a call from Dr. Brady asking how I was doing and if I had any aftercare questions. It was so nice to not feel like just another patient and to have them go that extra mile to make sure I was doing well. The whole experience from start to finish is probably one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. read more

My daughter is having her wisdom teeth extracted. They would not give her anything for her anxiety. She has been crying for the last two days. We were told to arrive early and they would get her hooked up on gas to relax her. Needless to say we sat in the lobby and I had a crying child. I addressed my concern with the assistant and her tone was not sympathetic. Overall experience has been horrible. I would never suggest this location for someone. read more

I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled here and the experience was great. They helped me feel to comfortable with the surgery. We laughed and joked and then I was sleeping and all of the sudden I woke up with 4 less teeth. I can't remember my doctor's name, he had Asian features but I do not think it was doctor Kim however I could be wrong. I am thankful for my doctor and his friendly staff! read more

I recently had 3 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Kim. Nice office, and staff are helpful at answering questions. Dr. Kim was down to Earth and very nice and did an awesome job telling me what to expect, and extracting my teeth! I appreciated that they gave me paperwork stating before hand what to expect, how to care for my mouth, and gave me a heads up what I would have to pay prior to having my teeth extracted, so no surprises. I was put under Anesthesia during surgery and it took about 45 minutes. I was given pain meds, antibiotics and anti- nausea medicine before leaving along with ice packs for swelling. At my one week follow up he made sure everything looked ok, and was given a syringe for washing out the pockets where the teeth were removed. My only complaint would be that all 3 doctors rotate between office, so my initial visit was at their Everett location, but had to drive to Smokey Pt. office for surgery, then call Mill Creek to leave a question for the Dr Kim etc. It would've been nice to go to the same location, but at least they are all within about 30 minutes of each office. read more

My daughter needed a wisdom tooth removed because it was blocking a molar from coming in. We went to OM3 in Everett to have this done. The assistant brought us into the exam room and told us that they needed to do an expensive MRI x-ray even though our dentist had sent over a traditional one. The MRI wasn't covered by insurance. Kind of funny that they didn't inform us of this before we came in. I said that we weren't going to do the x-ray. The appointment was over after that. We didn't even get to see the doctor. He didn't even examine my daughter or talk to us!! I think they just want to use their fancy machine. After a couple of months the molar finally came in on it's own. No surgery, no expensive x-ray. My daughter went here for an oral exam to have her wisdom teeth pulled. Her car was broken into while at the appointment. We proceeded to schedule the procedure anyway. We selected to have only 2 pulled at a time. They scheduled her appointment completely wrong and it was for all 4. We called and asked what was going on and I woman that answered said huh so you don't want all 4 pulled together. At that point we canceled the appointment all together and decided to go somewhere. Fast forward we relocated shortly out of the state and was out of the country for a while, but received a forwarded demand notice on yesterday stating balance due of less than a $100 and to resolve or will be turned over to collections. I called and spoke with Beth Bissitt who is by far one of the most unprofessional people. I asked her to email a copy of the bill so that I can review and pay. She proceeded to tell me that this was a bill in front of me and I explained it's not a bill but a demand and does not have a breakdown. She was very unprofessional and proceeded to tell me that it was more than 10 days since the notice was sent although I explained at the very beginning that we no longer live in the state. I wouldn't recommend anyone have services completed at this location. I have since emailed Dr. Wahan and will update if he responds because Beth stated no one is over her she's the manager. Totally rude and no one should conduct business in this manner. I normally don't write reviews but with service like this I will follow up with the BBB and other complaints as well. read more

These people are biased against single people. Their policy is that you cannot have surgery without someone else being with you. I am a single person and don't have any relatives in the area so they refused to do my surgery with general anesthesia. Please note that I had carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve release surgery in Texas and was able to take a cab there and back in the same day. At OM3, if you are a single person, they will kick you to the curb and tell you to hit the road. read more
