So smoothies were good and this place is easy enough to find. The inside area is small but there's some small tables in case you wanted to eat inside. I thought the service was subpar. They had made a smoothie and there was some extra left so I asked it can also pack that up. They seemed offended by that request. They did it but very haphazardly - the additional smoothie was put in a cup without a lid and sort of just chucked towards us. I think we would've came back and tried a few other options but the service being rough keeps me from being excited about and has me looking at other options instead. EJ and the team were such gems from start to finish, helping me decide by providing smoothie & food recommendations, and overall just spreading such positive energy. STELLAR STAFF all around! The juices and food are a tad on the pricier side, but all of the ingredients look and taste super fresh, not like the highly processed stuff you may find at a Jamba Juice, for example. I tried the Warrior 1 Smoothie and was blown away by how creamy and flavorful it was--they killed it!! I also got to try the avocado toast which was delish and made to order. Price wise - it's VERY affordable here as well ($4.50 - $5.50) vs a cafe. Lots of ample fresh juices and smoothies made, and you can also obtain a loyalty stamp card if you're a regular! While I hate to give a plant based spot a mediocre review, I was very disappointed. As someone who's been vegan for 8 years, I always get excited about a vegan breakfast burrito. My breakfast burrito came out barely warm - the cheese wasn't even melted! The tater tots were not even warmed through. I picked through it and ate the just egg and tempeh bacon to try to get my $16 worth. On the other hand my High Line juice was nice and happy to see they package in glass bottles, but after paying $32 + tax/tip for a juice and a mediocre at best burrito, I probably will not be coming back :/ read more

They bottle the drinks in the front, and if they run out, you're out of luck - which is what happened with the Madison Square. Not a fan of not having a juice freshly made. Seems like the owner is cutting corners and being stingy with the ingredients because both of my smoothies were watered down tasted bland and lacked the flavor of the ingredients. I won't order again. If I wasn't at work I would've returned it for a refund. I drank what I could before trashing the rest. Now I'm editing after reading other 1 star comments I know I wasn't exaggerating when I said my smoothie was watered down and lacked flavor. That is just awful. I feel cheated and ripped off. Three stars from a first-time perspective. I tried the Espress-OM smoothie. The mixture of ingredients, when assembled, simply didn't taste that good to me. They have a selection of fresh juices made in the morning and available in the refrigerator case. It was a very disappointing experience. I bought two bowls to take to work with me. 1. The place did no have spoons. Aaa... Do I suppose to drink from the bowl? Do I supposed to buy my own spoons? What about letting me know that before I ordered and paid. 2. The lids on the bowls do not close all the way, They maybe designed for salads and solid foods, but no smoothies: they leak smoothies. 3. After ordering approximately 7 times since my last review I wanted to post an update... So the food is great and we love it and that's why we keep giving Om another chance. But we keep running into the same issues over and over: 1. Our order is wrong 90% of the time - We order the same 3 things weekly with two small modifications (granola on the side for one bowl and no nuts on the other). Somehow the modifications aren't noticed. 2. Our order is never ready and it doesn't matter if we order 30 minutes in advance. We still have to wait, despite the restaurant often being empty, and inevitable our order is half melted by the time we get it. 3. The one time our order was correct it was because we called it in, but the phone is never answered anymore, which is why we have to order through Seamless instead. 4. They used to have ordering on their website also, which we tried since we thought they could avoid paying the Seamless fee, but now their website is down as well. Employees are often apologetic and maybe are overwhelmed? We really want Om to stick around but when paying $40 for 3 small bowls of acai we really need our order, and the ordering process, to be much smoother. read more
