I came in in the following evening and was told that I had to come in person between the hours of 7 AM and 3 PM to get my refund which caused me to have to call out of work. In addition to all of that every single time that I come, I ask for touchless, but somebody in the wash area typically messes up and I get the brushes on my car. I have scratches on my windshield. All in all after talking with the manager and talking with the employee from the last time, not once did I get an apology. Each time I was just asked if I wanted to sign back up and give them more money. Spend your money somewhere else.

I spoke to a very helpful gal who mentioned that I may possibly be given a free month for the mix up, as she transferred me to a James at their corporate office. He said, it's incorrect what the employee told me and it's $15.00 EACH month for 3 months. It's exactly what I had originally thought. James with his cockiness felt superior to the customer over the phone, as if the customer is at fault for "hearing" the special incorrectly, although I reiterated with their employee a few times about their current special. I don't think James thought I'd cancel my membership over the phone with him, as my family has been with this company on and off for several years. I most likely would not have cancelled, but due to James superior attitude and his desperate need to feel like a big man, I'll now suggest for James taking a class on phone etiquette and tact, as he has no personality dealing with customers. James, if I can give you any helpful advice; I'd suggest just sit back, take a deep breathe, look up at the ceiling and get up out of your chair, then walk over to the nearest mirror and lean in, take a close look and say to yourself; I probably need to stay the F off of the phone. It doesn't seem to get my Jeep any cleaner than any of the $3 gas station washes in town. It leaves a lot of dirt on the back of my Jeep. It doesn't even clean up close around the washer fluid sprayers on my hood. It just doesn't get my Jeep very clean. At all. On top of that, it pushes you through the drying section too fast to get rid of the water. Sure, it's blowing at you at 90mph, but you only get about 5 seconds worth of dry time. They offer 4 levels of wash. I've done at least 3 of them and I haven't noticed a difference in quality between the cheapest and the 'deluxe' version. None of them get my Jeep clean. I was hopeful when this was announced. I'm now officially disappointed. I'd love to see something more like Mr. Car Wash in Des Moines where they'll actually hand dry it for you. I can get a much better wash and air dry many places in Ames/Huxley at a better price than this. I really wanted this to be better.

Easy to get in and out of as it can be a busy street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place! Wonder if they have a loyalty card/club?
