I went back to address the issue, but instead of fixing it, they blamed previous work done by another shop. However, they accepted the job and should have ensured a proper color match. On top of that, they tried to charge me $800-$1000 to fix their own mistake. When I contacted them again, they refused to fix the issue and said they would "face the consequences."and he was planning to retire in 5 years" Very unprofessional and no accountability. He was able to do the work the week after ordering the parts, and I can't tell the scratch was ever there. Good work at a smaller shop with no BS.

The quality of the repair is absolutely perfect and that is not an exaggeration. I have a tendency to be picky and a big pain in the ass (sorry Darren). This guy, however, knocked out my request in 10 minutes. He found the missing bolt on my ABS system that had caused it to slip out of place, he stuck a new bolt in, and it was all dandy. He didn't charge me a single dime. Definitely come down here if you need some honest service. Friendly heads up: there isn't a lot of staff at this shop, so if you need something done *Today* Today in peak season you might have trouble getting immediate service. I was scheduled a week from when I brought my car in. In my opinion, though, it is worth the wait. You can't beat this quality service and honest business. Chad and his team have been amazing each time - timely, transparent, and helpful in navigating insurance companies. The last claim required an adjuster to come out and evaluate my vehicle, and he had nothing but good things to say about Chad and Action Auto Body. When you have a claims adjuster saying good things about you, you know you have a good reputation. I also needed a windshield placed and Chad stayed after hours to get it done so I had a vehicle to drive the next day. Overall super pleased with Action Auto Body - I picked it out a few years ago on a whim because it was close to my apartment at the time, but so glad I have a place to take my car for work when I need it.
