I have lived at Olympus Town Center since February 2024. Within a month of moving in, the property began major renovations directly beneath my building. They performed extensive dirt work -- removing all the soil from under my unit and several others -- and piled it in front of my apartment for six to seven months. When the work was finally "completed," the contractor only replaced about half of the dirt, which, as anyone familiar with construction knows, is bound to cause future structural issues. They never told me they were planning on this work and that I would be living in a construction zone. Within a couple of months, I began noticing cracks in my ceiling and leaks from the upstairs unit. I was told the issue came from a clogged AC line. It took several attempts before they finally stopped the leak, but the damaged drywall in my apartment was never repaired. In November 2024, I submitted a request for the drywall to be fixed, and they marked it as completed even though no work was ever done. I'm not someone who usually complains, but by June 2025 I brought it up again because the damage had become an eyesore. In July, I saw a maintenance worker entering my apartment on my Blink camera -- I assumed they were finally there to fix the drywall. When I came home, I was told he was there to access the ceiling for a plumbing leak in the unit above mine. I wasn't informed anyone would be entering my apartment, which was extremely frustrating. The maintenance worker could see my frustration and said he would repair the drywall after fixing the plumbing -- and he actually did, but only because he took it upon himself to do it, not because management followed through. It was the worst patch job I have ever seen and it was painted with a gloss paint even though the wall is painted flat. I renewed my lease in August 2025, hoping things would improve. By September 2025, new drywall cracks appeared, and parts of my ceiling began to fall in. I went to the leasing office and waited 30 minutes to speak with someone, only to be told to submit another request online. I submitted multiple requests asking to meet someone at my apartment to review the damage -- no one ever showed up. I also emailed management and several office representatives expressing my frustration and requesting to be released from my lease. That was over 10 days ago, and I have yet to receive a response. To make matters worse, when the initial construction was done, they removed all the grass and bushes around the building and never replaced them. I've had nothing but dirt in front of my apartment for 16 months. When I finally asked about it, they threw down wood chips -- which now wash into the parking lot every time it rains. Overall, Olympus Town Center has terrible communication and poor maintenance practices. They regularly mark requests as "completed" or "cancelled" without actually addressing the issues. The property looks awful, the buildings are falling apart, and management doesn't care. To add insult to injury, they even increased my rent despite all of these problems. I pay monthly for pest control, yet my ring has only caught them one time treating the property. I would not recommend Olympus Town Center to anyone. They are friendly and accommodating only until you sign the lease -- after that, you're stuck. Olympus has bought out many other apartments in the area, leaving renters with fewer options and lower standards of care. The help at this place is very slow or none existent, when it comes to the management office. We have waiting for five years to have this problem fixed, but have been totally ignored. It remains very muddy and slippery and it have become a mosquito haven. because the landscaping is watered daily. It's becoming very dangerous for my Mother to get to her car. I moved here in October of 2023, I was met with a warm and welcoming staff who helped me with the whole application process. I currently live in a one bedroom one bath apartment with my wife on the second story and we love it at the Olympus Town Center. It's quiet and clean. The staff is very communicative about updates, renovations, and even community gatherings. They are responsive to maintenance request. They are invested in improving the living experience here. They repainted all the buildings, implemented new lighting throughout the neighborhood, and have done improvements to the plumbing. They even gave me a birthday card wishing me a happy birthday. The staff here care and are doing their best to take care of our needs. It cost a little more to live here relative to other one bed one baths in the area but is worth every penny because of the staff, the amenities, and the location. If you are looking for a place to staff, I recommend visiting the office and asking the staff for a tour. They are more than willing to accommodate you. read more

His place is put together with duct, tape and superglue. Nothing works right in the office. Will never answer their phones when you call for information. They still use Covid as an excuse to not be in the office to help anybody. The windows in the apartments are all leaking and cracked and they never replaced the windows for me. The office staff has terrible leader ship. I can't understand why the management company would reward the property manager with a regional role. I would recommend people to look in other places for an apartment. And much nicer places to live, and quite a few of them are cheaper than Olympus. Runaway runaway runaway. read more

this apartment complex has the absolute worst office employees and neighbor, if you're 30 and under don't move here because you will automatically be discriminated against. There is also a huge raccoon and trash problem through out the whole complex. Trash doesn't get picked up on trash days. this place also bills you after you move out for reason. read more

I moved in this summer and have been having problems every since (2 months now) with pests. Thus far nothing the company has done has fixed the issue. The insects are coming out in droves from the apartment vents and bite and crawl on me. The leasing agent and her manager questioned what I was saying about this problem. I did not have this issue where I lived before. I have heard other residents complain of having major insect problems and the racoon problem. When I moved in the front window had 5 dirt dauber nests. Another window was and is still foggy and has broken glass. The screen to this window is damaged as well. This management company does not seem to value maintain their property or keeping sanitary living conditions. I would think twice before moving here. read more

I've been at Olympus for 4 years and at my last renewal I moved into one of the newly renovated units. I am so happy with the property and how they continue to maintain the buildings and the landscaping. They have a great portal that allows you to submit and track work orders. The management team is friendly and responsive, and you always feel comfortable with the maintenance crew. The location is the best, you can walk to restaurants, grocery and trails around Keller. This place has turned into a dump. The complex use to be well kept and clean but since has turned over to new management. With the turnover, they have decided to go with the cheaper route when it comes to services and everything seems to be falling apart. Instead of taking any responsibility as a complex, they blame their vendors. They constantly send out notices about the speed limit but yet do not realize that maybe it is not the residents that speed through. How about install speed bumps? Maintenance service has been awful as it is usually 3-4 days before anything gets looked at. When they do come, it is a half ass job. We will be leaving once our lease is up and I suggest anyone else looking needs to keep looking. read more

I'm back! I lived here from April 2013 until October 2019 when I decided I wanted to try the new apartments in an adjacent town. That was a big mistake so I called Amy a few weeks ago and said "I want to come home!" These apartments are well managed and are more like townhomes, many have attached garages (mine does). The grounds are well kept, the people who live here are nice, maintenance does a great job and the area is beautiful and safe. Glad to be back! read more

I just moved out of Dominion after living there a year. They are a pretty nice apartment located in a really pretty area of Keller. I like that there aren't any gates to have to deal with and that it is set up more like a town home style arrangement than a traditional apartment. The pool area is really nice and they have a great gas grill. They were doing some remodeling while I was there and were doing inspections in the apartment every couple of months, which I did not like. The place is really a great place to live though all around. Have checks to pay the rent though because I think it was around a $10-15 fee to pay online. read more

Updated 01/16/2015: Still very happy here and find the management to be excellent. I've lived at Dominion Town Center for a year and just renewed my lease. I'm pleased with these apartments and how they are managed. The salient points are: 1. Maintenance responds quickly to issues and has repaired everything on the first visit. The maintenance staff is courteous and helpful. 2. The office staff has always listened to my concerns and responded quickly and accordingly. 3. Outside maintenance is very good and the property always looks nice. 4.The dumpster and mail areas are monitored and kept neat. The apartments are located near woods and a park with walking trails. I will say the best thing about these apartments are the location. The next best thing that happened to these apartments is Jennifer. She has always been helpful, kind and on top of things. Now for reasons to NOT choose this place. Amy, the manager. She is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She is fake, doesn't take care of things, I honestly could go on about her. Maintenance is a disaster. The bathtub upstairs was leaking through the light into the kitchen water, lots of water. They took 4 hours to respond. Said, it was fixed, it kept happening every time. Average apartment, poor service. Lived there for 12 months. Had the fridge die twice. The first time they came and attempted to fix it and broke the fridge. Woke up the next morning and all the food went bad. Went and told the office and the response I received was "oh well that's not supposed to happen". I was told that if I went and bought groceries, brought the receipt to the office that I would be reimbursed. Never happened. A great place to live! Right downtown Keller - 5 minutes walking distance from all the fun City of Keller provides - Christmas parades, concerts in the park, farmers markets, festivals! I lived in several apartments over the years and unfortunately had a poor experience with Olympus town center. Especially once Olympus bought out the former owner. It has always been poor service from those in the office as far as helping you with anything. I needed some documentation from them to purchase a house they refused to provide it to the lender till I went into the office to tell them when I was moving(which how do you tell them a move date when you don't know if you have your house yet?) It also takes several calls to the office a day to get a hold of someone and they don't call back if you leave a voicemail. They take random days off and close the office with no notice. When we got our final statement they had a charge of $195 for replacing the carpet, when I asked why they said they lifted the carpet and there were stains under it, which we didn't report when we moved in. Does anyone go in and pull up the carpet and report what they see when they move in? You might want to start if you are moving here. read more

For $1300 you get crap ac that has to be fixed weekly and mattress and boxes thrown out the back of a balcony. Office doesn't care one bit. The landscape has been neglected enough that the green has disappeared and replaced with rock and desert vegetation. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Don't go by the 5 star reviews - those are easy enough to write! I always like to read the poorest reviews first as they are the "real" ones. What people have gone through and what it may be like if YOU rented here. The staff is dismissive and very incompetent. Extremely fake when they want you to sign the lease. Once you are in, forget any kind of service. They are extremely reluctant to stand by their own rules - if someone is breaking rules, management will do nothing. Their only goal of the day is to drive around looking for any trash bins that are outside the apartments and confiscate them! You are supposed to go to the office like an errant student going to the principal's office, apologize and get it back the first time. After that you get fined!!! I am not kidding. This is so ridiculous. How about getting your job done instead of trolling for trash cans. Place is OLD and shows it. Cosmetic upgrades do not change the fact that the foundation is shifting, cracks appearing and insulation is shot leading to high energy bills. Rent is high for an old property. I have lived in these apartments for about 4 years and honestly it is the great location that has kept me here. Very conveniently located near restaurants, shops, etc..I would recommend looking around before moving in due to the terrible parking situation especially if you work a night shift like myself. I usually have to park several buildings away from my apartment or even at the office. There is an overage of handicap parking spots. I've made suggestions for visitor parking and have been told it's not in the budget read more

Since the change of ownership a few months ago this apartment complex has gone down hill. The front office is now filled with people who are not on the same page and will each give you a different answer. It is overpriced and not up to date. Take your money somewhere else because you will be disappointed with your decision to move here. Was paying $1400 a month for a two bedroom and was wondering how much rent would be under new ownership they said it would now be $1600. This is with no renovations to the complex itself or the units. Water bills are not individual, but divided among the entire complex and you will pay close to $90 for water and other miscellaneous items. If you want to pay online good luck. They charge you a $20+ fee just to pay online. They don't have a rent check drop box and thier office hours are constantly changing. I will be moving out when my lease is up and I have talked to other neighbors and they plan on doing the same. read more
