Even though this area seems secluded and quiet, we are really close to lots of restaurants and shopping, Kroger and CVS 24 hour pharmacy close by.

They performed extensive dirt work -- removing all the soil from under my unit and several others -- and piled it in front of my apartment for six to seven months. When the work was finally "completed," the contractor only replaced about half of the dirt, which, as anyone familiar with construction knows, is bound to cause future structural issues. They never told me they were planning on this work and that I would be living in a construction zone. Within a couple of months, I began noticing cracks in my ceiling and leaks from the upstairs unit. I was told the issue came from a clogged AC line. It took several attempts before they finally stopped the leak, but the damaged drywall in my apartment was never repaired. In November 2024, I submitted a request for the drywall to be fixed, and they marked it as completed even though no work was ever done. I'm not someone who usually complains, but by June 2025 I brought it up again because the damage had become an eyesore. In July, I saw a maintenance worker entering my apartment on my Blink camera -- I assumed they were finally there to fix the drywall. When I came home, I was told he was there to access the ceiling for a plumbing leak in the unit above mine. I wasn't informed anyone would be entering my apartment, which was extremely frustrating. The maintenance worker could see my frustration and said he would repair the drywall after fixing the plumbing -- and he actually did, but only because he took it upon himself to do it, not because management followed through. It was the worst patch job I have ever seen and it was painted with a gloss paint even though the wall is painted flat. I renewed my lease in August 2025, hoping things would improve. By September 2025, new drywall cracks appeared, and parts of my ceiling began to fall in. I went to the leasing office and waited 30 minutes to speak with someone, only to be told to submit another request online. I submitted multiple requests asking to meet someone at my apartment to review the damage -- no one ever showed up. I also emailed management and several office representatives expressing my frustration and requesting to be released from my lease. That was over 10 days ago, and I have yet to receive a response. To make matters worse, when the initial construction was done, they removed all the grass and bushes around the building and never replaced them. I've had nothing but dirt in front of my apartment for 16 months. When I finally asked about it, they threw down wood chips -- which now wash into the parking lot every time it rains. Overall, Olympus Town Center has terrible communication and poor maintenance practices. They regularly mark requests as "completed" or "cancelled" without actually addressing the issues. The property looks awful, the buildings are falling apart, and management doesn't care. To add insult to injury, they even increased my rent despite all of these problems. I pay monthly for pest control, yet my ring has only caught them one time treating the property. I would not recommend Olympus Town Center to anyone. They are friendly and accommodating only until you sign the lease -- after that, you're stuck. Olympus has bought out many other apartments in the area, leaving renters with fewer options and lower standards of care. I'm attaching photos of the damages and conditions to show exactly what residents are dealing with.

They even have hospice available here. We utilized a hospice service for my grandmother and were very impressed with their staff (If I remember correctly, you can request information and will be provided with outside hospice info). The nurses were kind, understanding, patient, and informative. They didn't act irritated with our many, many questions and concerns, and I felt comfortable leaving my grandmother in their care at the end of the day. Because of this facility's wide range of care, my grandfather, who is almost completely blind and cannot drive because of this, was able to spend much more time at my grandmother's side in her last days because he lived in one of the apartments in the main building. I feel the greatest advantage to offering a full range of care and services is that this allows for the highest level of independence possible. If something does change and a higher level of care is needed, residents will still be able to stay in a familiar environment. This is a difficult transition for many people and this lessens the need to make "the hard decisions," down the road. My grandmother passed away in 2012 and my grandfather still resides here. He has been able to make friendships and enjoy more activities because of the ability to access resources he would not normally have. You can become as involved or uninvolved as you wish, although it appears most people find the community to be a great thing. Ultimately, these factors all increase one's quality of life, as well as eases the minds of loved ones that often feel overwhelmed by the entire process. Since 2012, I've watched this community grow and evolve, including the neighborhood just down the street. I have emphasized a lot of what this facility has to offer when some (or a lot) of assistance is needed, but I would be remiss not to mention the sizable neighborhood next door. The houses are brand new and quite beautiful. I've watched them being built. It bears worth mentioning that the all of the grounds are very clean and well-kept. I also have had personal experience with being confronted by security (I was photographing by the pond while visiting my grandparents) and know for a fact they take the safety and security of their residents very seriously (you are required to check in when visiting the main building and the apartments inside of it, but this is not required for the neighborhood area). This would be an ideal "golden years" experience, in my opinion. I could enjoy living around people my own age, know that I could stay in the comfort of my home - or at least my neighborhood - until my last day on earth, and my overall quality of life would be maximized. I'm quite certain there are additional benefits that are offered to residents that I'm not aware of (landscaping, cleaning service, social events, etc.). The one issue that could be a very big issue with this location is the price tag. This would probably be a deal-breaker for most people. They say you get what you pay for. Unfortunately the average American simply will not have the means to cover the cost long term for living here. I'm not aware of any type of financial assistance or services offered, but I haven't looked into that and it may be worth a little bit of research if this move feels right for you or your loved one(s). Overall, I am very impressed with all of the advantages this kind of lifestyle has to offer. I personally would consider living here should my finances allow for it and I'm still residing locally when I'm retired. I still come here frequently to visit my grandfather and have enjoyed watching this new community flourish in recent years. Words cannot express how grateful we are to those incredible nurses and staff that helped us through the last part of my grandmother's journey. Thank you.

No one responded to our emails for months when we would talk about parking and other issues. They have visitor parking but never enforce it. They claim to have a towing company come by nightly to remove vehicles that are not registered and that has NEVER happened. My husband and I work late and while being pregnant I would have to walk buildings over and sometimes park in visitor parking myself due to the lack of parking spaces. I have contacted management and the main manager said since last year "I will not call the tow truck over the holidays to inconvenience people." But her residents she obviously doesn't care to inconvenience. I've contacted Greystar Properties as well several times and they also have not responded to calls or emails. So the whole company is just awful. We were so excited to live here and now we would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

If you care about a responsive and understanding office team don't move here.
