I had SO MUCH hair and my hair is 80% of what it was which is insane to think about! THOUSANDS of hairs are completely gone and I couldn't be happier. My results were so good I referred my mom here as well and she has had similar results. Jessica is so kind and so knowledgeable as well. I was really hesitant with electrolysis as first due to scarring or hyperpigmentation but she reassured me with the research and stats as to why those things are uncommon. She also started with a really low intensity setting to see how my skin would react and then slowly built up to my current settings after making sure there were no adverse skin reactions. Her office is also very clean and she uses sterile instruments and gloves which i really appreciate! I had another electrologist say they don't need to wear gloves because the probe is "self-sterilizing" but taking extra steps to be clean is never a bad thing and Jessica takes cleanliness very seriously!
