Kristina has done my lip filler, Botox and microneedling and I will keep coming back to her again and again! She's patient and always does a thorough consultation before recommending any procedure. She's not like other providers that will do it because you want, she evaluates whatever you want done to see if it's a good fit for you. I had the pleasure to meet with Dr. Cruz my last microneeding appointment and he's such a delight. He drew my blood and the process was quick and painless. The whole team makes you feel at ease no matter what you're getting done. The office is also very clean and prices are competitive. To me, the price matches the service!

I have genetic neck fat and decided to try cool sculpting with Sculpt MD. It was a complete waste…read moreof money. I understand that results can vary with cool sculpting but the before and after pics were indistinguishable. Let me first say that Monica was always very kind. I had an awful experience with Dr. David Cruz. They gave me a body scan each visit which was not something I requested. When the scan showed I had gained some fat between sessions, Dr. Cruz was extremely condescending and implied that there was something wrong with me/my lifestyle. Im not sure why he felt the need to tell me how HE felt about MY body unprompted. My primary care doctor thinks I am a healthy weight and I have a healthy BMI. Health is my number one priority so his opinion affected me a lot at the time. I think this was beyond unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable given we were in a setting where cosmetic procedures are sold. I never said I wanted to change anything about my body, all I was there for was reducing genetic neck fat. After some reflection, I can't help but feel like Dr. Cruz was trying to plant seeds of insecurity to try to push sales.

As I am getting older I am trying to take better care of my skin and Kelly has been instrumental in keeping me on track. I found her through a google search and had emailed for appointment request. She is booked out quiet a while but I had patience and it paid off. I see Kelly every 6-8 weeks for a facial. Her salon is cozy and inviting, cooler months the bed is heated. Kelly takes her time and reviews what I am using and what if any problems I am having to create services to meet my needs. I would probably be up for anything but Kelly doesn't push un-needed services or products on me. I love the raspberry refining scrub (by Skin Script,) I picked up in the salon. Overall my skin and I are extremely happy with the service provided.

Ofcourse,, one would find them through a great review on Yelp. However, after me making a couple of phone calls and leaving voice messages in an attempt to get a consult and a potential appointment, the owner very sophisticatedly washed themselves off of me, by sending a text message, saying, they have no availability until November. Fremont has been home from about 20 years and moving to Livermore, I'm finding out that people are quite rude.

Got the 60 min deep scalp treatment for 2 people and it was great, 5% cash discount, $120 before tip. Easy parking and complimentary drink, and super clean facilities! I also appreciated the text reminders. 10/10 will be back. I think the one thing I would prefer is if they could dry my hair all the way, but I know I have really thick hair and it would probably take more than 10 mins at the end

Pros: - Lots of parking and easy to find location - ambiance is relaxing as soon as you enter the door. It's gorgeous inside with bright lighting, comfy chairs, lots of plants, clean, relaxing sounds, and that fresh spa scent - the staff that greeted me was so polite and took the time to explain how everything worked. She guided me through the scalp screen, offered me a complimentary beverage, and when she walked me to my spa room, she explained all the steps which made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. - the spa bed is heated so it's extremely cozy and you instantly start feeling relaxed. - I booked my treatment with Becca and she was so sweet and gentle. It is tough to be able to massage someone's head while also being precise with how you shampoo, condition, massage, towel wrap someone while working through an area where pain tolerance can be low. Becca did an amazing job. I didn't feel any tugging or pulling and my scalp has never felt so clean ! The 60 min package also came with a face/neck massage which released some pressure points. - during the blow dry, Becca was really charming and easy to talk to and the blow dry went by super quick. Cons: I really didn't have any. Great location and I hope to come back again.
