RJ is incredibly hands-on, approachable, and genuinely cares about both the residents and the staff. His leadership style is proactive and present -- you can see him involved, listening, and making meaningful improvements. Paired with a compassionate and dedicated Director of Nursing, Hannah, this leadership team is a powerful combination. Hannah consistently advocates for quality care, accountability, and a culture of compassion. Together, RJ and Hannah are building a strong, supportive environment focused on excellence and resident-centered care. The teamwork, positive energy, and commitment to doing things the right way are very promising. The future at Alhambra Post Acute looks bright, and this leadership team is clearly destined to create great things for residents, families, and staff alike. Highly recommend keeping an eye on this facility -- great things are happening here!

The care they provide for their residents is completely unacceptable- the nurses all seem to have attitude problems and provide bare minimum care to extreme cases of tenants. I do believe if this place continues like this - there will be more corrupt personnel who will take advantage of the elderly here. EXTREME ELDERLY ABUSE! This facility has been officially reported to department of health and rent board.

We were happy with the care she received, that's why we brought her back again. First of all, it's a very clean facility, small and personal, but most of all great staff. The nurses my Mom had were professional & helpful. The CNA's were amazing. The ones I will mention were the very best. Mario, Smile, Rain, and one special CNA on swing shift named Michelle. Jessica on the weekends was also an excellent help with my Mom, Nursing director Teri was extremely helpful, always available to help. Vanessa social worker was also fantastic at assisting with so much. The physical therapists & occupational therapists were also great. I hope my Mom never has to go back, but if she ever did, Legacy would surely be our number 1 pick. Much love & thanks to the staff. We are forever grateful for their kind & wonderful care of our Mother. Thank you so much!

I had to complain to severl people before anyone would do anything about the moldy water they were storing her dentures in. Very few people here care. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone "They're in a meeting and will call you back as soon as it's over" was the standare lie I was told. There was no set level of care at which my mother would be released so as long as they could bill for her she was stuck in a hostage situation. My mother's health declined horribly while here, she lost a lot of weight and she died a month after they FINALLY agreed to release her.

Not knowing the first thing about these facilities, I reached out to Alan Brauner at Senior Seasons. I can't even begin to explain how helpful he was. He listened to our situation, provided me with insight and contact information on the local facilities, explained what I needed to know, and what to consider when reaching out to these prospective places. His advice was invaluable. He was always there for me, whenever I had questions. He was super responsive, emailing back or calling right away. And through this process my mom kept changing her mind about where she wanted to live (mid-peninsula near her friends, south bay near me), and so our requirements kept changing. Through it all Alan was patient and positive - something I really needed during this stressful time. I seriously have no idea how I would have handled this whole situation without him. I highly recommend Alan and Senior Seasons.
