All the people are so nice and help me as I have some mobility issues. They are always on time and great drivers and always make sure I get to appointments on time. The best part is that they all really care about you and you can tell it's real. I had to complain to severl people before anyone would do anything about the moldy water they were storing her dentures in. Very few people here care. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone "They're in a meeting and will call you back as soon as it's over" was the standare lie I was told. There was no set level of care at which my mother would be released so as long as they could bill for her she was stuck in a hostage situation. My mother's health declined horribly while here, she lost a lot of weight and she died a month after they FINALLY agreed to release her.
