He didn't send me a picture. He was patient with me even though I called back couple times to make corrections on the spellings. Then the next day I show up, he has 3 trophies ready that looks nowhere near the quality of what I sent him. He then shows me a picture. He says he sent me pictures that I never got. It's a little too late. I didn't want to argue with the guy becuz he is stoic and seemed like I was a nuisance to him. I decide not to even ask about the fourth trophy because he was making me feel uncomfortable. I just rushed out the store after paying the bill. He then response back to me demanding that I change this rating. The rating of my satisfaction on the experience I had with the products and services he provided. Not what anyone would expect out of a 5 star service.

The chain is really delicate, so they did charge me $45 so that they could put another layer of gold over it to make it a bit more sturdy. I liked that they were proactive about that and let me know! They put great deal of care into measuring my wrist and making things just right. The bracelet was ready to pickup within a week and looks even better than how I left it! I've commissioned a number of custom jewelry pieces over the years, from half a dozen jewelers,…read moremostly in the greater Seattle area. And, for the most part, my experiences have been good. But I have to say that Lou Edwards has created what now stands as the most impressive piece I've ever commissioned. This was a very significant project for me: I wanted a special gift for my husband, Jim, to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Jim's special motif is armadillos... he collects them, and he likes to wear silver armadillo pins on his jeans jacket. When we met almost 25 years ago, Jim had an armadillo-ouroboros tattoo on his shoulder... a tattoo he designed himself. And twenty years ago, for our wedding, I'd had a tiny white-gold armadillo lapel pin created for him. So for our 20-year anniversary, I had the idea of commissioning a handcrafted silver and gold pin based on Jim's tattoo. I approached Lou with this project idea, and a couple months later, he turned it into a beautiful reality. Lou somehow managed to make it not only exactly like what I asked for, but even better. He made it even more beautiful and three-dimensional than what I'd had in mind. I adore the 3D details of the little Norse-Viking-ship style head of the armadillo, with the matte gold squiggle and ruby eye, and adorable teeth! The entire thing is so beautiful and perfect that I am at a loss for words. And my husband Jim really loves it, which is the most important thing. I also want to point out that not only is the outcome amazing, but the process of having it created was great, as well. Duvall Jewelers provided me with several updates and previews of how things were going, and was able to get my concerns addressed as the project went along. I got the sense that this was a labor of love for Lou. I appreciate the care and enthusiasm he brought to this project. I love supporting other artists. And if I ever have another custom jewelry project, Lou Edwards will be my first choice.

The diamond he found is beautiful, and the finished ring looked better than anything we tried on that first day. When she needed it resized, he took care of it right there the same day. She loves it, and I'd recommend Taylon and Lords of Luxury to anyone.
