I work with a retired professional athlete who wanted something of legacy quality engraved to gift his son, an outstanding pitcher in his own right. After a bit of searching, I was referred to C & M Trophy Company by our local Big Five Sporting Goods store. We were not disappointed. C & M was able to do something no one else was even willing to try- The girls were super friendly, very knowledgeable about what they do and innovative about what is possible. What other shops told me was impossible, they were able to do beautifully! They understood our time frame and with heart and soul went the extra mile to get it done in time for a very special occasion. I can't thank them enough!! Happy to know where to go in the future for personalized engravings and one of a kind service. read more

I had a small plaque engraved for a gift. Unfortunately, her name was misspelled. I immediately sent an email, followed-up with a few more emails and no response. Finally, I returned to the shop and explained the error and was told a new plaque would be made. Again, followed up with emails and nothing - no response at all. Very disappointing. read more

Took an antique crystal pitcher with silver overlay to be engraved on June 19th. Owner said she would have it finished by August 2nd for my 15th Anniversary. She calls me on August 1st to say she's not sure she can do the job with the tools she has. I agree to help her make a decision the next morning. She convinces me it's not a good idea with what she has. I go home to find the crystal has been cracked near the handle. Call her to complain, she denies any knowledge of it. Has only been in her hands and a padded box, so you tell me. read more

My only go to. One trip into thier show room and you will see hundreds of other products that are not trophys. Awards, pens,, calenders, frames etc.. Hundreds of products. Who knew ? read more

Glenda did a great job engraving my tiny ring with a custom monogram. The monogram was about 1/4" tall and wide, but she did a great job and my daughter loved her Christmas present! Also impressed Glenda braved the weather to come in during a snow storm. Will use again for whatever engraving/trophy needs come up. read more

My review is a bit late but I always say, "Better Late than Never". My pig baby, Ellie had passed away suddenly and she was my first fur baby as an adult. It was a struggle with the cremation and working with the vet hospital I had to go to. Glenda helped out tremendously and was so understanding and very patient. The work she did was better than I could have ever expected! The plaque on Ellie's wooden urn box looks so great! I also got to get to know Glenda as a person through this entire process and she is an amazing woman! I will recommend her to anyone/everyone. Not only does she do amazing work at her workplace, but she's a hard working and amazing mom too! Thank you for what you did for me and my Ellie girl! read more

Small father/daughter run business - I've gone to them a few times now to have plates engraved, trophies made - they do everything and are very accommodating. Had to rush something and they were able to do it. Had roughly a hundred plates engraved once and there was one typo but Chuck - the owner - was able to redo it quickly. Shop has lots of displays of various trophies and types of engraving - I've tried other places but they seem to have the best prices so this is my go-to place now. The one downside is you can't order online. They only have catalogs online, but that's okay for me - for something like a trophy it's nice to go into the shop and talk to the guy in person to make sure they know what you want. It's a little hard to find - it's near the Family Fun Center (the old Funtasia) across from Premera at the light but lots in front of their shop. read more

Nicest people, great products and awesome value!! We called 1 minute before they closed for the day and asked if they could produce 10 basketball trophies for that same day. She said - no problem. Didn't even charge us a rush fee. We are so appreciative! read more

Glenda is amazing! She not only took my last minute Christmas order, but she successfully engraved on the SIDE of my watch! Of course when I ordered the watch planning the side engraving I had no idea engraving on a curvature is challenging and often impossible. Finding someone to take my order within a week of Christmas was hard enough, but she was up to the challenge of the curvature engraving and the watch turned out perfect plus so neat and unique with the engraving on the side! Glenda knows her stuff and is also a cool chick who will help you if she can, and if you have a difficult request, she's the one you want to see!! read more

I contacted C & M Trophy with a last minute request for some customized trophies. I needed several trophies that were out of the ordinary which required Glenda to think out of the box. She delivered trophies that were not only exactly what I wanted, but she had them ready on time. The trophies were amazing! Thank you Glenda. read more

Absolutely love this business! They always go above and beyond, I have used them for personalized gifts for family, friends and for thank yous for a job well done for folks who volunteered and served in a ladies organization I served as president of. C & M never missed a deadline they committed to and they always exceeded my expectations in professionalism and in the quality of work. I started using them 4 years ago and I'm still using them. I'm going to stay a customer until they retire or I quit volunteering to be in charge of something, I don't know which will come first. read more

I really enjoyed working with Chuck and Glenda. Super friendly, took initiative to make my project look amazing, ended up with 1/4 the wait time I'd expected, and outrageously good pricing. Completely painless, I'll be back for sure! read more

I came to C&M Trophy to have a shadow box made a couple of months after my husband died. He was a retired US Navy Chief. Spoke with Mr. Mellon, said he could do a very nice job, I believed him. Gave him my husband's medals from his dress blue uniform & an American flag that was given to him from his last reenlistment aboard the USS Wisconsin. He took the stuff to his house where he said his shop was. He then had a gas leak fire, thank God he & his wife wasn't @ home & they were OK. he promised to replace all the stuff I gave him & still do the box. That was more than 2-1/2 years ago. He never gets back to me. And now I do not even have the medals or the flag to make another shadow box, nor do I have the money to replace the many medals he received while he was active duty. Glenda refuses to do anything about it, says it was her father, not her who took in the job. I do not call this respectful or honorable service. I call it an insult to me & my family. My husband served his country with honor & distinction for more than 20 years. And this is how Mr. Mellon treats us, by not honoring what he said he would do for me. Not even offering me the money to replace what he lost, that he told me he got some insurance money for. I would not recommend them to anybody. They are not honorable people. I do have the medals to honor my husband for my grandsons to see & know what kind of officer he was. Sandy Fisher Edmonds, WA read more

We wanted to honor a Coach for his help in a Lego Project. Upon talking to Glenda (the owner) she instantly came up with a custom Lego Trophy idea with pictures of our team and their names engraved. I have an annual Girls Weekend with my family and last year I decided to get a wine glass engraved for the winner of the wine tasting that we always do. I came up with the idea at the very last minute but was able to go into C&M trophy, pick a glass, have it engraved & walked out with it that day for just a few dollars. I got another glass engraved for this year's weekend and will be getting a glass each year from now on! They were wonderful to work with, very helpful and were able to do it right on the spot. I also got married earlier this year and decided to have some glasses engraved for the men in our bridal party. Again - they were super easy to work with, did a great job and had all of them done in just a few days. A great family owned business with wonderful people. I'll never go anywhere else! read more

Once again C & M went above and beyond to make sure our 6th grade girls are taken care of! We appreciate you!!

Everyone here was friendly & helpful. From the first time I called to inquire about their process & prices, I knew I would choose them because of their helpful attitude and desire to get done what I needed. I was starting later than I should have for embroidering a gift for someone, but they worked hard to accommodate my order in a timely manner. They also worked with me to figure out a design for my embroidery that looked very close to the one I'd designed but which was much better suited to the towels I was putting the design on. Last but certainly not least: Great prices!! Thanks so much to G & C! You were so fun to work with! read more

She artistically designed the logo i wanted (her degree is in graphic design) and my glasses came out fabulous. The price was insanely resasonable. I needed an engraved plate made and had only thought as far as the wording. After checking another shop, I decided C&M Trophy fit my needs the best. It is a very nice shop with a LARGE selection. The owner, Chuck, was extremely helpful in explaining my choices of materials, colors and fonts. He has great attention to detail, which is a huge plus in this business. I got exactly what I needed, more quickly and economically than I could have at the other shop. C&M Trophy also offers a wide selection of laser engraving on unusual surfaces, including leather album covers! read more

Much thanks to this business for taking care of a time sensitive item that needed engraving for my mother.
