She got my insurance on the phone in a three way call, she knew exactly what to say and when to say it, and everything went smoothly. My insurance covered the cost. A guy by the name of Michael came to my door yesterday, even though I have a clear no soliciting sign up, and told me he noticed the crack in my windshield. After talking to him a bit I decided to book an appointment to replace my windshield. When my husband got home he looked up the company and noticed the bad reviews and told me to cancel. When I contacted Michael to let him know I wanted to cancel he called me a fuck tard and other mean things. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT do business with this fraudulent company. They're a predatory company who make money by lying to customers, overcharging insurance companies, and suing them after the fact. Plus their quality of work sucks (I had to reattach my rear view mirror myself, and the "free" tint they offered has lines missing along the edge of the windshield. One of their sales reps approached me at a gas station noting a crack on my windshield and asking if I was aware of it. He showed me a list of major insurance companies which they were "approved by" and what do you know, mine was on there. He told me that they work with State Farm all the time, and that I just had to provide my insurance card as well as sign a form that allowed them to talk to State Farm about my windshield (we'll come back to this later in the review), and that someone would come out to my apartment to fix it within a few days. Being naive to the proper process, I did this and thought everything was good to go. The company called me to set up an appointment. The owner came out and replaced the windshield, asked me to leave reviews, and went on his way. I initially noticed the outside borders had spots where tint had not been applied properly, but I didn't really care about that as much as I did having the windshield fixed. When I went to drive the car the next time, and adjust my rear view mirror, it fell off completely as the owner didn't reattach it properly. I had to go buy the proper tool to put it back on myself. The tint was shoddy, and the rear view mirror was sloppy, but I wrote it off as just inexperienced or novice work. At least the damage to the windshield was gone and I could fix the rear view myself. Fast forward 5 months and I get a call from my insurance company. They informed me that this company was suing my insurance company (on my behalf) after their estimate, $911 and $400 more than the next highest estimate was not met by State Farm. That form they had me sign was an AoR (Authorization of Representation) which gave them the authority to do anything they wanted related to my insurance policy, including suing State Farm. The form was not a simple "this lets us talk to State Farm" as it was explained to me by their dishonest salesperson. Come to find out through my own digging that this company has many lawsuits filed in similar situations. They prey on customers who lack knowledge in this area, and then sue your insurance company using your name to make the extra money they don't deserve, including covering their legal fees. In hindsight, I would rather have my windshield completely shatter on me, then drive without it in pouring rain, than ever do business with this company again, and I would advise you to find someone else as well. read more

An update... Olympic contacted me and is sending a check in the amount of $873.63. Which is a good gesture, and is appreciated. I am still stuck with a three year increase to my auto insurance. I will admit they did a good job with the installation and the recalibration. IF you choose to do business with this company. Talk to your insurance company first, and demand a written estimate... BE CAREFUL who you do business with. read more

They damage the headliner in my truck and then said it was there beforehand. The installer even tried to offer me money. Owner called and said he had dash cam footage even though the dash cam was pointed in wrong direction. I asked to see footage and he said get a lawyer. Guess I will. read more

I had a great experience with this company. They were very flexible with our work schedule and considerate of the fact that my husband worked nights so were very quiet while doing the work as to not make the dogs bark and wake him up. This may not seem all that important to most people but he is a truck driver and needs good rest in order to be safe on the road. Had been driving around for 3-4 weeks with a crack that had started out as only 2" long... but eventually spread to about over a foot. I just never seemed to have the time or energy to reach out to my insurance brokers to see what had to take place in order to get it fixed. Was pumping gas into my Toyota 4 Runner one day and Vic approached me as he had seen the obvious crack. He politely explained who he was, and that we could knock this out quickly and arrange for a new windshield... to be done at my workplace in Safety Harbor. I hesitantly gave him my insurance info.. he called right then and there.. using his cell phone on "speaker" so we could both listen into the conversation...and I was relieved to hear in the tone of the voice of the adjuster that she was well aware of whom Olympic Integrity Autoglass was... and arrangements were made for their crew to come install a windshield the very next day. I had a couple of texts and voicemails sent to me updating when exactly they would arrive... and when I finally came out of my business meetings later that afternoon, a receipt was on my desk with the car keys saying everything went well and what not to do for the next couple of days while the windshield settles in... Every person involved was as polite as polite can be.. and the installation was done on time and well. Zero complaints of any manner whatsoever. Olympic is definitely a do-over for me should I need another windshield in any one of our three household vehicles on my insurance. To be sure, when someone approaches you while pumping gas, it can be a little unsettling. It usually means a few dollars leaving the wallet for something you have no real need for. This company is going door to door in my neighborhood trying to sell auto glass replacements. They inspect cars in the driveway to see if there are any chips and then try to convince you to replace your windshield even if it doesn't need to be replaced. They've been here twice now. I told them now wasn't a good time to be soliciting with the Covid 19 emergency going on, but they said "it's a great time to be soliciting - everyone's home." As I was leaving my home today, I noticed an advertisement from Olympic Integrity placed on my car window. I found it odd because I do in fact have a small crack in my windshield that was not fully fixed the first time around. I scanned the other cars in my neighborhood and noticed that none of the cars had this advertisement stuck in their windows. I began to feel a bit targeted, and sure enough two young employees of this company appeared in my driveway and were walking up to my car. They told me they noticed the crack in my windshield and that they could call my insurance and fix the crack for me. I politely declined and told them I was taking care of it. What makes me mad is the fact that these solicitors walked up my private driveway and inspected my car to look for windshield blemishes. I do not appreciate being targeted and trespassed upon, especially after my husband later telling me that this happened to him earlier in the year by the same company. Next time it happens I will threaten to call the police. No business should be soliciting on private property. read more

Victor, whom I had never met or known prior, came into the store where I was working, and told me my windshield had a chip, and he would fix it on the spot and give me $100 for using him. I said I didn't have any chip on my windshield. He wanted to show me and I said I could not leave work to go outside. He left a coupon card with me. He then continued to solicit business in the store parking lot for a few hours until the store manager had to tell him to leave. When I left work at late night, I checked my windshield and found a very visible crack in the center of my windshield, which I never noticed before. The location of the crack was right in front of me at my eye level if I were driving, and It would have been nearly impossible to miss that spot driving everyday looking straight at it. I called him and asked him if he had anything to do with it, and he denied, and my call was disconnected abruptly in the middle of the conversation. I just wanted to lay out the facts as is and let the public be the judge. Update: My coworkers at the store called to tell me that Victor called the store and wanted to know my work schedule. They were concerned about my safety. I intend to limit the scope of this matter to public forum discussions only, without any further escalations. I surely hope Victor and his company will do the same. I did call Victor to discuss my concerns before I went public with the story, but my call was disconnected abruptly by Victor in the middle of the conversation. A timely response from Victor on this public forum with his side of the story would have been a better choice! read more

Long story but I'll try not to leave anything out. I'm a pretty understanding person and try by best to give people the benefit of the doubt and I feel like I've been more than accommodating to this company to try and make this situation right. I Had my windshield replace by a tech named Guy from Olympic Integrity Auto Glass. First attempt, he had the wrong windshield so he would have to reschedule. Ok, no biggie, it happens. Fast forward a week or so and he comes back with the right windshield this time. First off, his truck leaked oil all over my clean driveway. Nice enough guy though and Windshield replacement was pretty standard as he did what I thought to be a decent enough job. That is Until my rear view mirror fell off the first time about 3 weeks later. After a couple phone calls he came back to my house and Re-glued my rear view mirror. Fast forward about 4-5 weeks after that and the rear view mirror fell off again. Mind you, I have NOT touched this rear view mirror either time, I am the only one who drives my car. The first time, I got in my car after work and it was just hanging there. The second time I was just driving down the road and it came off as I was driving down the road. I'm annoyed but No biggie, I'll just call them again and have it repaired. After about 5 calls/messages to "Guy" the repair tech with no reply and several calls to the main office with no return calls from either I called my insurer to see if there was any recourse only to find out that the insurance company has also been having nothing but problems with this company and they now refuse to do any business with Olympic Integridy Auto Glass (OIAG). They also charged my insurance company WAY more than what should have been charged for a glass replacement but apparently like a dummy I signed some piece of paper that gave away my insurance rights to OIAG and gave them full rights to sue my insurer. So I had to put a second claim in with my insurance company to have them fix it. The Safelite Auto Glass came right out and showed my how the OIAG tech (Guy) broke my rear view mirror and that's why it wasn't sticking. Then he showed me the shoddy work he did on sealing the windshield. Then he showed me how the OIAG tech (Guy) also broke all of the moulding going around the outside of my windshield which would also have to be replaced. I just want people to be aware of how this company does business. read more
