With roads deteriorating, it's normal to get one or two nicks in a windshield. I had 3. It was the crack that started spreading that necessitated a new windshield. We heard good things about this Safelite, so this is where we decided to have the windshield replaced. We dropped off my Sonata Friday morning at 7:30AM and we were told it would take 2-3 hours to replace my windshield. The job was done by 9:10! We picked it up at 10:30. Our insurance company handled the bill, so this was a great value. So far, so good. My forward camera works. The windshield is perfect (for now). If I need another windshield, I'll definitely come here!

Problem since the beginning! My windshield got cracked due to a Contractor carrying rocks in a dump truck that wasn't covered (tarp). Contacted my Insurance Company and they gave me Safelite that would come down the next day or two. I had scheduled an appointment and HAD to wait 2 weeks! Then GOT THE TRACKER - stating "TECH WAS ON HIS WAY" then he went POOF! So I got told he went to lunch. HE FINALLY DID SHOW UP after 3 hours later! There's NO VALUE saved here! The Tech damaged my headliner, he cut through it (with his knife) and since I had an incoming phone call, I told him to fix the headliner before you leave. When I came back outside was told "ALL DONE" and don't drive it for another couple of hours. I wasn't going anywhere. Left the SUV where it was... then the next morning... I find my headliner has NOT been fixed that HE CUT! I called and text, they told me "he will come out right away" - YEAH RIGHT! I had to wait 2 weeks again for them to show back up. THE NEXT TECH: Showed up, barely knocked on the door (in fact, I have a very expensive high end security cameras - 2 of them) and he barely "touched the door" three times... then stood back - TEXT TEXT TEXT and left.... Total time? 1 Minute and 47 seconds. I had only stepped inside JUST BEFORE he arrived - I had to go to the bathroom. HE JUST LEFT after I stepped outside and WAITED FOR HIM ALL DAY LONG until 3:49 PM - I came back inside - I was sick, and burning up, and I check the phone and he was here hours ago, and I checked my Security camera and it can only leave one saying "W T H?! W T F?!" THAT TECH WROTE A FALSE REPORT STATING "NO DAMAGES" - AIR HEAD - try to explain the photo there to everyone! I called and was informed the Manager or the Supervisor will arrive first thing in the morning! SO I WAITED ALL DAY OUTSIDE AND THEY WERE A NO SHOW! THIS TIME AROUND I HAD THE STUPID PHONE ON ME... and NO email, NO text, NO NOTHING! Right now, I have an appointment for the 3rd time around (I SCHEDULED IT) and I expect to see one of their a$$e$ on May 16th! Otherwise I will be sending the bill to Safelite for $1,290.75 for the time I've waited outside and all this nonsense run around! THEIR TECH DAMAGED IT - THEY SHOULD REPAIR IT RIGHT AWAY AND NOT GIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS THE "HOKEY POKEY" FYI - I am a long time automotive restorer - I do everything from 1909 Stanley Steamer to the Antiques, Vintage, and Classic vehicles! I've replaced NUMEROUS windshields and NEVER ONCE CUT ANY headliners!

The people who work at this location are professional and sweet. They told us how it is. Because we have USAA and it was smaller than a dollar bill the repair was free. The attendant who worked on our car also gave us free wipers because ours were really old and as he said - doing more harm than good. The repair is good. You can tell there was something there. But there's not a big crack so we're here for it.

Excellent customer service and wonderful communication! I was sent texts and emails with updates and receipts. They could not have been any easier to work with and a pleasure to do business with. Most importantly of course is the finished product. I had my Lincoln MKX front windshield replaced. Safelite must have an excellent training program and support system as the installer (Dylan) installed my new windshield better than the original one! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and because of my installation process interest, talked through the processes. Dylan is a real asset for Safelite and I felt very lucky to have him install our front windshield. Thanks Safelite and couldn't be happier by this 5 Star Experience !!!!!
