Nice small family diner, ordered burgers and beer, waitress nice, tables segregated for safety, tables wiped with alcohol before seating, seafood steaks, pizza and burgers available, prices fair not a bad place to eat

I recommend the prime rib of you're there on a Friday or Saturday - it's a steal at $25 with salad or soup and hearty mashed potatoes.

Ordering was very easy online, even though the prices seemed a bit high. We ordered $109 worth of food...Arancini ($16), garlic bread with cheese($16), Penne al Vodka with sautéed chicken($32), and the Alfredo with chicken cutlet($38). I was expecting a lot for prices like these. The Arancini were 5 pieces the size of golf balls and the flavor was ok, not worth $16, out garlic bread with cheese ($16) was left out of our order, the penne vodka with sautéed chicken ($32) was dry and there were 5 small pieces of chicken, and the baked penne chicken Alfredo had broken sauce, full of grease and almost inedible...I threw out most of it. I expected so much more from this establishment. The parking lot was packed and parking just to get takeout was challenging, but the food and prices were amazingly disappointing. We may try their pizza to see if that is any better, but I would not recommend the pasta dishes. I can see charging g prices like that if the pasta was homemade, but even that is a stretch. 3 stars is generous

We arrive about 45 minutes from the restaurant closing. Not only did we not feel rushed at all, the server who attended to us greeted us like we were the first patrons of the day. She had a huge smile and was very pleasant. The food was outstanding. I had shrimp scampi at it was the best shrimp scampi I have ever eaten. The capers on the dish added a very vibrant flavor. Such a nice compliment to the main flavors. My partner orded a vegetable penne dish but substuted capalini for the penne. The dish was rich and flavorful. She had a glass of Pino Noir. The wine was delicious. Although the restaurant has no windows the murals on the wall really made you feel like you were in Italy. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. Since their website suggests reservations, I guess I assumed it's a fancy date spot. It's not. It's one big room with tables along the perimeter, and every time the door opened, we were hit with a blast of cold air. The bar is located in the same room, with just a low partition separating the areas. The polenta fries were the star of the show; not a trace of grease and served with two dipping sauces. The meals were surprising. We were expecting pasta and received potatoes and vegetables. The chicken piccata was heavily acidic. I like lemon, but this was a bit much. Service was friendly and I guess I'd return if I was in the area, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to visit again.

This time, the arancini had the aftertaste of a dirty dish rag. The sauce on the chicken parm & arancini likely came from a BigY can. The arugula was 6 weeks past prime. Oh, and my small water glass was empty on the edge of table for 95% of the time we sat there. It was 6:30pm on a Saturday and only 3 or 4 tables active with people in the dining room. The waitress (pretty sure it's the co-owner) realized we had been sitting there for a bit and proactively blamed the chef for "moving at a snails pace tonight." Funny part is - the chef has nothing to do with our empty water glasses sitting on the table of the empty restaurant. Rustic Italian bread was good, but they do charge you for it, which is petty imo. Seems to me the owners are, or have completely, given up. Do not recommend. Too bad. Seems like it could have been a decent spot.
