I came in for the very first time today. I've gotta say. I will be coming back for sure. They knew how to exactly do a men's flat top cut. Since my barber that's been doing my haircuts for the last 25 years died earlier this year and going to different barbers since. These ladies have won my business! For a cut and to have my beard completely cut off. It was a grand total of $26! Plus the shoulder massage at the end was a surprise yet a nice one. I had been coming here for 2 years. I can't complain about the haircuts I got there. But my last experience there will be my last. I brought my wife with me and she got her hair cut there. The bill for the two of us was 30.00 and I left a 15.00 tip. So my wife and I went next door to get pedicures. There were approximately 15 people inside the nail salon. The owner of the barber came into the salon and stood in the doorway and yelled at me because my car wasn't parkly squarley in her precious parking spot. I hope it was worth it for her. We came here for a father and son haircut and were absolutely thrilled with the experience! My 2 year old was charmed into mostly stillness by the master barber and a lollipop. Even though I was attached to his curls, his new cut is so fantastic I can move on happily. He even got a certificate for his 1st barber experience with a lock of hair taped on! I came in Sunday 7-7-2019 and got my haircut. I didn't ask for anything crazy, just a medium shadow fade and nothing off the top because I'm trying to grow it out. I got exactly what I asked for, had a very pleasant experience, paid what I owed and left. I went to work Monday and Tuesday that week and realized I was having trouble styling my hair in the morning, because I didn't realize the cut I asked for didn't work for me (I went in with no product in my hair the day I got it cut and didn't didn't try to style it before work). So after work Tuesday, today, I went back in and told the lady working what happened and she remembered me coming in Sunday. After I told her what my end goal was and how I wanted it to just look cleaned up, she got to work and even offered insight to how my hair grows and how to style it during this growing phase. The cut was amazing--it was quick and really well done and I had every intention to pay since I was the one who asked for a cut that wasn't good for me in the first place, and she was adamant that I not pay and even thanked me for coming back. This act of kindness from her really was the cherry on top for my first experience at this business. I definitely will be coming back and will recommend people come give them a try. read more

My father was a 30-year Barber and this lady is almost as fast as my dad. she was smart enough to know that I couldn't have a flat top haircut even though I was talking to her about a crew cut. A real Barber is excellent point that out she just misunderstood what I was saying. I wish I could find a barber that uses a straight razor, especially for cleaning up around the ears and back of the neck. Electric razors don't come close. Recommend tissue paper around the neck to keep itchy hair clippings off the collar, even with the Flowbee (vacuum clippers), which doesn't catch all the tiny pieces. read more

Don't listen to Jason K., he is just a hater, as you can tell by viewing all of his two one star reviews and nothing else. ALL the other reviews are right, this is my new go to place. I had a previous barber shop go out of business that I've went to since I got to Lacey and was supper bummed out. This was the first place I went to after they went out of business. Guess what, I wont need to go anywhere else. They are three dollars less than my previous barber, but do take a little bit longer to get the job done. I'm ok with this because I know they are taking extra care to get it done correctly the first time. They care about our military (I am one of them) by giving us a slight discount, which is more than I can say about my last barber shop. They are also VERY nice and considerate. They have yet to mess my hair cut up and I've been going here for almost a year now. Also they keep the premises very clean and have toys for kids.
