Came here a bit early to had a chance to take more pictures and check out more of the airport. -- the rental car building is very close to the terminal and consists of the major vendors (Hertz, Avis, Budget, Thrifty, Dollar) -- no jet bridges, so all planes use portable ramps to get passengers on/off -- free wi-fi worked well and didn't require any PII to be entered -- filtered water dispensers are throughout, allowing one to fill their reusable water bottles. -- no airport lounges here -- there is a dedicated TSA line when entering the secure area -- there are two bus stops. the more usable one (going to downtown Long Beach) is on the other side of parking, past the taxi stands. -- is definitely very convenient for folks who fly Southwest

Always knew they had this but never been, so happy we went today. They have planes, helicopters, police cars and trucks, so many cool planes to check out. You can take photos in some of them which is really cool. It was sort of busy and hot so we didn't wait in the lines to do that but. They also have vendors giving out free things, they have an area in the back with the older planes they sell toys and things they also have a food truck. Baby girl got a free Outter pop so nice of them thank you so much, everyone was so friendly and had smiles even though it was hot. Great place to go for a bit bring kids your family and friends. Loved it would def go again, thank you so much for the wonderful experience and seeing all the beautiful planes and aircrafts. Loved it we had a great time. We considered leaving our car at lax but parking prices were around the same price. So for convenience of not having to park and take a shuttle to lax from the parking lot didn't sound better than paying and getting a lift. I'm all honestly, I would use this service again. At first I had anxiety because I had to do a quote and didn't actually speak to someone verbally. It was all through email and the site. Email replied for the quote was quick (check your junk mail), I had to ask a question to confirm a car seat and received a reply the same day. Our driver Matt text message the night before which gave me piece of mind. He was very accommodating and nice. I even asked him if he was available to pick us up earlier (you know anxiety with traffics/ traveling with a toddler) and he replied right away. It was a smooth easy drive. We paid using Venmo since their credit card system was down. All in all Matt was professional, prompt, easy to work with. I would definitely request to have him drive us again if available. The van he drove was more than enough room and the car seat worked fine. So yes, even with the price, I give this five stars bc it eased my anxiety on traveling with a toddler and needing a car seat. Made the experience traveling for the first time with my kid a great one and made me feel like we could travel more now.

One of the easiest parts was arranging transport from the John Wayne airport to a hotel near Disneyland for 2 separate groups of 5 including LOTS of luggage. I contacted Sunny's Transportation (because of very positive reviews), talked to Sunny, and he set the whole thing up for me very easily. The van picked the first group up from the airport on time. It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. That van was set up correctly with booster seats and a car seat as I requested. It was smooth sailing with Sunny's Transportation.
