After several transfers and repeatedly explaining my situation, I finally reached someone who could provide the basic information I had been seeking from the outset. Once onboard, the aircraft itself appeared clean, modern, and well maintained, and most of the flight attendants were professional and attentive despite a busy cabin environment. However, as the flight progressed, the onboard experience became less comfortable. Several passengers were loud and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with visible mess and sinks needing attention. While I do recognize the professionalism and effort of the cabin crew under demanding conditions, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating, and declining cabin cleanliness ultimately outweighed the positives. Based on this experience, I would carefully compare other airlines before considering Advanced Air again for similar travel in the future.
