We had a sewer pipe leak in our bathroom. They came out promptly. Cele was out first, and was very knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. Joe came out later to do the work and was very professional and respectful as well. We will for sure use Olympia Services for our future plumbing needs and also refer them to our friends and family. read more

Plumber was nice, prompt, arrived timely and didn't waste my time. I got a quote however I was charged more than what I was quoted by $40. So when requesting a quote be extremely clear on your needs. Easy to set up an appointment. They came the next day, after I received my quote. Which was perfect. No compliments about the service... only the quote. Great job done by the plumber. read more

These guys are great, excellent customer service. My elderly parents had a leak under their kitchen sink which had been leaking for a while and caused the inside base of the cabinet to rot out. When I called out EZ Dry, John came out viewed the damage using a thermal camera and showed me how damp the back wall and base of the cabinets were. That same day they cut out the wet/rotted out base and set up the drying fans. Talk about fast service, John was really helpful and helped us with the claim process. Thanks John, I'll definitely refer you to all our neighbors and friends. read more

Olympian Services may be good at water damage repair, but they are not plumbers. They said they could remove and replace the drain pipe in my bathroom sink. The plumber installed a new drain pipe, but put a hole in the sink. He patched it with silicone. He also bent the lift rod and now the stopper doesn't work. I called the manager and he said that he would give me a discount for a new sink and the labor to install it. I would rather pay someone else full price to do the job right. Joe W. read more

We had a clogged drain pipe, so we yelped and found Olympian Services. This was in the middle of my daughters birthday party on a Sunday. Carlos was our assigned plumber. Problem couldn't be fixed that day and the company didn't charge us. Such a blessing! They referred us to another company that could help with the camera that could detect the problem. Carlos came back out Wednesday after the video detected tree roots where growing in the pipe. We can not express enough gratitude for the service Carlos provided. He truly went above and beyond for our issue. It is because of his great customer service and knowledge that we would recommend Olympian Services. Their pricing was very reasonable, we had their help til our issue was resolved and Carlos represented the company well! read more

So, it's 6am today, Saturday, and I go down to the garage to get something and notice some water on the floor. I look up and lo and behold there is a wet spot about the size of a dinner plate right NEXT to the light fixture and dripping steadily. Yep, that's definitely not how I planned my day starting. So I whip out the phone and hit up my Yelp app and request a quote. Not even ten minutes later I get my reply from Olympia and they said that they could be out before 8. Of course I'm already trying to talk to my insurance company and let the neighbor know that Houston, we've got a problem. John and his son arrived first to get it out and get started, and the plumber soon after. They immediately got started prepping the area, moving everything out of the way, and fortunately they pointed out that there was mold in a separate area, which turned out to be a completely different leak. All together it was three leaks so that meant a lot of cutting of dry-wall (about 5 ft by 10 ft) and patching of pipes both in the overhead of the garage and also in my neighbor's house. She's a lovely lady and Olympia is already sending her all the info for her adjuster. The Olympia team kept me informed the entire time of what was going on, costs involved, how it was all progressing, plus installed heaters and blowers to make sure everything is dried and well-ventilated for when the drywall installers return in a few days to close everything back up. Listen, there are a lot of choices out there but you'll be hard-pressed to find someone that beats this company in terms of speed, price, professionalism, quality of work, and excellent customer service. Do yourself a favor - when you want the best, scratch that, when you NEED the best, call them. You won't regret it. read more

Very frustrating to try to work with on something that should be so simple, but it really boils down to a lack of communication between dispatch and those in the field. Called on a Friday morning to get a wax ring on a toilet replaced and the person who took my call said they could have someone out today to take a look. I asked if they could fix same-day if it is simple and he said yes, for what my issue is they should be able to fix on the same day. Once the rep came out, he took a look and asked if he could schedule someone for Monday. I let him know that I was told it could be done on the same day and he said he had a job after and may not have the supplies. Regardless, he checked for the supplies and didn't have what he needed (supposedly) so we scheduled for Monday. I asked if I would receive a confirmation call to verify I was scheduled and he said I would. Come Monday there was no confirmation call so I reached out and confirmed we were still on schedule. They confirmed my times for Monday and said someone would be out. My husband decided to work from home to be ready for them to show up. At 4pm I receive a phone call from a Mexico number while at work saying they couldn't make it and would like to reschedule for Wednesday. I then also received two more calls from other numbers asking to reschedule, but as I was in meetings I sent them to my husband to reach back out. The original 2 that reached out weren't answering and when he called the 3rd number someone picked up and tried to schedule for Wednesday. We decided we would be better off looking for another company at this point since this one seems to have some organizational problems that are preventing them from delivering on their promises. 3 strikes is enough to get the hint that your business isn't being valued, so we're better off finding another company that will be less frustrating to work with. It sounds like they do well with larger jobs and that smaller jobs just don't necessarily get the attention you would expect. read more

I was very happy with their professionalism, work ethic and cleanliness. Of all the people that worked on the house, Caesar was above and beyond. If you're looking for any restoration specially if you happen to have no insurance yet (he advised me to be home insured afterwards), this is the place to go. He did all the work for me as in negotiating with the neighbor's insurance who are at fault due to a improper installation of a faucet in their bathroom causing water leaks straight in my garage damaging my drywalls. I actually called some other restoration companies with no avail, for some reason it appear they aren't interested dealing with the insurance. As soon I called Rey from EZ-DRY, he worked with me right away. read more

Fast, efficient, well priced! I could only have one toilet worked on out of three until tiling gets done. I will be using their services again! Great company read more

After getting a few different estimates for a drain leak, I went with Olympia and was very satisfied with the service I received. Carlos arrived to check out the leak which was misdiagnosed by another contractor. He did a great job of repairing the cracked pipe. After the repair, he did a great job of clean up. I was very satisfied with the service and value provided by Carlos and Olympia. I would surely use them again in the future and recommend them to others. I also became aware that they have multiple specialties which can help greatly when a leak damages your house. read more

Awesome service!!! Carlos E. did a great job fixing my clogged sink. My sink was clogged on both sides and would shoot out one end when the disposer turned on. Carlos had to cut some piping to find the problem and made new piping. Spent 4 hours fixing the problem and charged me the base price. He was really kind and always cleaned up the area while he worked. True professional. He also modified the piping so I am able to access it better for future maintenance. I will call this company again when needed. read more
