I saw many poops on the ground and eventually did step in some which was so gross! Literally, cannot understand why people don't pick up after their pets when there are poop bags right there! Also, there are a lot of older people and their older dogs in the small dog area and that was also not a good expereince. One mans dog kept coming to beg me for my dogs treats and he did not attempt to contain his dog. I won't be going back to the this small dog area again. The large dog area seemed to have a good vibe and a lot of dogs there. I did not want to overwhelm my large breed puppy so I did not take him inside. However, of all the people I encoutered outside of the LD area, they seemed cool. I will be looking for other dog parks! Wish there was a different type of play area for dogs!

Located in the back of a residential area, the park features relaxing energy with some beautiful nature / mountain views. If you're looking for a place to see the famous Big Bear Wild Burros (donkeys), they are often roaming around this neighborhood, especially if you take Lakewood Drive to the back of the neighborhood. Sometimes they can be seen wandering around The Ranch Park, especially when it's early in the morning or late in the evening and not super crowded. There's a really nice fenced in dog park (The Ranch Bark Park), but also lots of other features including a playground, climbing rock, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a ADA-friendly walking path. Parking has never once been an issue in all the years that I've been visiting this park. There's a large free lot in the center of the park, as well as an additional lot across the street, and other places in the neighborhood where you could park on the street if you needed to. No structured bathrooms, but lots of porta potties that are regularly checked and usually pretty clean.

It's a small, charming dog park located on the corner of the car lot, and it has everything you'd need for a quick break with your dog. There's a water fountain, a little fire hydrant, a photo-op area, and soft turf for the dogs to run around. I'm not sure if it's open to the general public or just for BMW customers, but it's a great addition that serves its purpose well. Perfect for pet owners waiting on their car!

It is separated into two sides for large and small dogs and both sides are well appointed toys and activities for the dogs. They have both grassy areas and an area that is more dirt/ sand, so there are options for your pup. They also have watering stations and hoses. For the humans, they have multiple benches and I noticed specifically on the small dog side that there was a bench area under a full shade for very hot days. As usual, the large dog area contained more occupants than the small dog side, but we did meet one very sweet little pup while we were there for our dog to play with and she got to get out and stretch her legs. We all really enjoyed our time here.

The park is separated in two halves but I'm not quite sure why it's built this way. I assumed one for small dogs vs big dogs but didn't see any signs that support this assumption. I expect doggie poop bags for guests but this is not the case here. There aren't proper trash cans for dog poop either. One nice thing about this park is that it was super close to where we were staying.

I don't mind but my son is allergic to dogs and it could start up his allergies which I then would mind. Also we set up a blanket on the grass and this grass has the tiny spikey balls in the grass so that was an inconvenience trying to clean that off. But overall, the park is clean, the other kids and parents are friendly and there isn't anyone here who isn't supposed to be which is nice.

I visited tonight for a Movie Under the Stars event hosted by the City of Hemet and it was amazing! My family and I enjoyed Moana 2 as we relaxed in the cool air and freshly trimmed grass. Mary Henley has a nice view of the San Jacinto mountains and has plenty of shade. I love the trees surrounding the park! My only complaint would be the nasty bathrooms. There's a button for flushing but it didn't work! Also, bring bug spray, there's quite a few June bugs flying around!
