I believe in giving a company a second chance when it takes responsibility and makes a genuine effort to make things right, so I decided to move forward with them. They installed a railing on the second-story deck off my bonus room. They did an excellent job, and left me very pleased with the result. I have to state, I didn't really believe him but after a couple of weeks he made it happen! Our patio and entry look new again and the biggest part is we didn't have to rip everything out and start from scratch. That was a consideration and as a result of his great work Sam saved us thousands of dollars. We opted for a block wall base with an aluminum fence on top. His workers were very conscientious and cleaned the yard a few times per day. He said he was in Arizona visiting his dying father and he would get back to me. That was the last I heard from him. I called and text him multiple times with no response until he blocked my number.
