I was told that your response to the repair was that you don't do repairs and that it needed to be repaired before services would be reinstated. My review was on the lack of repair options, now if she misunderstood that's her/our fault (see I'm holding her/us accountable). No need to try and air out something that I already said we didn't own up to-payment. If you can make it out on Wednesday you'll get your fee and I'd like for you to provide a quote on repairs, if not, thank you for your service and best of luck in your business.

Then it says there is a 30 day refund on Spa parts. Nowhere does it say no returns on Electronics. So I call and get James and with no willingness to help in any way proceeds to say no we won't return that item. And in trying to explain where I'm coming from (tough guy James) says "you just don't like to be told no" like a smart-a**. Be a D*** get treated like a D***...so I went off. So James and Inland Empire Hot Springs Spas....per your company policy I SHOULD be able to return this part. I will never order another thing from this company and I will be reporting this to the BBB. And James...just be nice and helpful next time....it goes a long way.
