I was told that your response to the repair was that you don't do repairs and that it needed to be repaired before services would be reinstated. My review was on the lack of repair options, now if she misunderstood that's her/our fault (see I'm holding her/us accountable). No need to try and air out something that I already said we didn't own up to-payment. If you can make it out on Wednesday you'll get your fee and I'd like for you to provide a quote on repairs, if not, thank you for your service and best of luck in your business.

Unfortunately he completely forgot about it for 2 weeks in the middle of summer, and we came back to a swamp! Thank god I discovered Yelp and found Matt! Several of the pool guys we called had suggested draining our pool and acid washing it. Matt pointed out that not only would that not work with our pool,(It is a fiberglass pool) but that it was going to end up costing almost double what it would cost to do it with their process! They warned us that it might take a couple weeks to straighten out our pool that was a swamp, and I don't know how they did it, but it cleaned up to perfect in less than 3 days.
